Has really good infrastructure have complete sapcing , wifi facilities, smart class etc also provide clean and hygienic environment........................................................................mm
Teaching is very good in comparison of teaching with its fees I think bar of teaching is above than fees..................... . ...............................................................,............
I my opinion not all students get placed but the 80 percentage of the students get placed and their average salary is arround 360000 per annum ................m................... ......................
Fees for different courses are different but on an average it is around 75000 per annum . And I think money is worth as all the required thing are well provided
Campus Life is good , proper discipline must need to be maintained . College is save for girl and if anyone have any issue related to raging then he or she can easily complain against it as 10000 rs is fine for the fault one
No everything is already mentioned
yes all the necessary arrangements are there but like all other colleges the food is pathetic and the hostel building might collapse at any hour. Do not expect a cultural extraganza here this is not IIT
Most of the teachers here are highly qualified but like all highly qualified sarkari teachers they lack the will to impart knowledge and hence we are left on our own which also makes us self reliant to a certain extent
CE and Mechanical have high placements which run in great numbers but after the pandemic the trends will die for a few years and after that we shall know how things are going to be so it depends on a lot of variables
cheap
dull
no
College has all necessary infrastructure but as it is a government college, so it takes little bit time to match with the infrastructure as that of a private university. Also as like other government officers, corruption is everypresent.
It's up to you how you shape your career as teachers here are of government and don't much bother. They just don't much care, if you mess with teachers, than you will definately fail or will score very poor grades.
Ab iska m kya hi btau......saari jgh engineering ka yhi haal h.....baaki agr teachers se bnake rkhoge.....aur padhoge Khub.....to placement pkka h.....ya firr agr tum extracurricular activities me bhuut ache ho
Fees is comparatively very low. The best part of college is this i.e value for money. The fees is just very low as compared to other private colleges. My whole degree cost me around 3,50,000 excluding hostel charges. Although they are also very cheap
Again it's up to you. Agr teachers ki haa me haa milaoge....to ache grades aayenge.....saara kaam kroge....saara din padhoge.....tb enjoy nhi krr paoge....tum prr depend krta h k padai k saath extra curricular activities kaise manage krte ho
Baaki to m b placement k baad btaunga kaisa h college
Talking about faculties first, my college have an experienced faculty with the PhD. Infrastructure is quite good and we have all the necessary equipments. But to be very honest my college doesn't provide you with all the luxury facilities and the equipments in the labs needs to be changed as they are getting rust and doesn't work properly anymore. Food available is good but can be of more good quality.
I am doing BTech because I feel there is high scope in engineering.since teachers are highly professional are curriculums are always updated and quality of teaching is quite good. But there is a high need of modification in subject course as it is repeated every year and students got a boon copy paste it without even getting the proper knowledge about the topic.
The best thing YMCA provides you with is placement. The placements are really nice and most of the students got placed in good companies as per the last year record. Talking about this year, with the quality of education ; they are providing I believe everyone of us would be getting a good package- job in nice companies.
My course btech cost me ₹45000 a year and i am very satisfied with the services. They provide you many opportunities for your self improvement and the environment is very positive and friendly. So yes, i am getting my money's worth.
It is so beautiful campus spread in huge area. Youcan engage yourself with many activities like in sports, culture or literature. The walls are beautifully painted and students are friendly. College is in Faridabad and is completely safe.
Everything is good here except the hostels as they needs to be painted. Also, the washroom of hostels don't stay neat and clean. The mess food can provide you some eggs or non veg options too. Else, i am satisfied with everything else.
Yes, YMCA faridabad campus is very good. It is equipped with all the necessary equipments and required facilities. Also it provides you a good learning environment. The faculty is also good, highly experienced, knowledgeable and very professional. The food service needs to be improved and some renovations needs to be there in classes.
Currently I am persuing btech. The quality of teaching is good and the college provided you with good academics, morals and values. Also, it provides you extra coaching like computer languages language. What i study definitely makes me job-ready..
This is the year we will be sitting for placements, given the quality of education and with the previous record i believe everyone will get good packages. Also, the girls have got placed with good companies..
The course cost per year is ₹50000INR. Yes, the college has provided us with all the required facilities and knowledge to mould us a better human. Also, i believe I am getting my money worth as college provides you with a good placement response.
The college is in Faridabad and is widely spread. It has central library, sports room and canteens. The only thing is construction work needs to be completed fast which is going on. Also, the hostel needs to be modified. Else everything is good.
My college is in Faridabad and is completely safe. Also, it can handle emergencies if any. The College possess friendly environment and helps you in modifying yourself and increasing your confidence..
The infrastructure here is quite good and equipments provided are modified. The only thing is renovation works needs to be done and the constitution work needs to be completed as soon as possible. Also, the food quality needs to upgraded.
I am currently studying btech and my curriculum is always updated. What i study definitely makes me job ready as quality of teaching is good and makes us responsible and independent as a human. Also, the course is modified and things outside academics are given importance as well.
The placement provided is very good and the process is simple as well. Teachers help you a lot during the time of placements and there are two rounds for placements. The girls get the placement opportunities quite earlier than boys. All of us would definitely be ending up witj good packages.
My course cost 40000₹INR a year. Everything here is quite good but the only thing that needs to be updated is hostel facility. It meeds to be renovated and painted. Also, the room should be more spacy and clean.
It is a big campus and there are many activities a student can engage. I personally believe that i have now enhance my skills and have much more knowledge specially about computer language. My college is in Faridabad and is completely safe.
Everything here is good. The only fact is construction work needs to be completed soon and some renovations needs to be done. Otherwise, everything here is quite good whether it be academics or placements..
Ymca infrastructure is not so good as construction work is going on from past 2years and due to which college is very untidy. Also, it doesn't have wifi or ac facilities. But the classrooms are neat and clean and labs have all the necessary equipments with a working ac. Food available in canteen is hygienic but doesn't provide you a lot of option.
I am persuing btech as I feel there is a high scope in engineering. Our academics quality is very good as curriculums are always updated and we have an advanced information about our projects, assignment and exams. Quality of teaching is good and the course matter is updated every year.
Ymca provides every student with a nice package in good companies. Our batch will be sitting for placements in August 2020, and with the quality of education service they provide, I believe most of us would be ending up in MNCs. Also, teachers and placement cells are very supportive during the recruitment time.
My course BTech cost ₹40000 per year. I completely agree that I am getting my money's worth as Ymca college provides good placement opportunities and also give importance to outside academics things. Also, they provide us with extra coaching for enhancing our skills.
The major loophole is it is not central ac and even hostels do not provides you ac facilities. Also, during summers when there is a power cut, generator does not work. The best feature is extra activities in which students can enroll themselves like sports. My college is in Faridabad near Escorts metro station and it is completely safe.
During the time of fest, you have major enjoying days as it goes on for a time period of 3days. Also, dj nights are organized once every semester. Extra coachings like cat coaching from Times is provided to students for enhancing their skills.
YMCA's infrastructure is quite good, as it is a government university it doesn't have all the luxuries like central ac but the labs have ac and all the equipments. Classrooms are neat and clean and faculties are highly knowledgeable and experienced. Food in the canteen is healthy amd hygienic in an affordable price.
I am persuing btech because I feel there is a high need of engineers in India. Our curriculums are always updated and we have a complete information about our projects, internals, assignment etc. Quality of education is good and the subject matters are updated every year.
Ymca provides a nice placement. Although our batch will be sitting for placements next year but if you have specialised any one computer language, you can be assured of a good package. Also, the college supports girls equally and help them with their placements as well. Placement cell during the time supports every student and is very helpful.
My course cost ₹40000 per year and yes I am getting my money's worth as my course make me job ready. Also, the kind of education they provide, it ensures us to be a responsible and sufficient engineers for future.
Campus life is good. Although it can be a little improved by having more facilities like ac in classrooms and wifi facilities. Students can engage themselves in different sports activities and language heads. My college is in Faridabad and is completely safe.
Not so fancy, but Ymca provides dj nights for hostelers separately for boys and girls. Also, the fest time is enjoyable. Now, the college is even improving as now there is lift for students. Also, the college can handle any emergency.
My college has an experienced faculty with their Phds. Infrastructure is quite good and labs have all the equipments too. But to be very honest, college is not central conditioned and in summers it is very difficult to sit in classes as during the time of power cut, generators don't work. Wifi doesn't work either. Labs have air conditioning and are spacy. Hostel have the same condition and do not have ac but there is proper strictness and there are different boys and girls hostel.
I am doing B.tech because I feel there is more scope in engineering. Since teachers are highly professional, our curriculums are updated and quality of teaching is good. In each semester we are given something new for learning which makes us job ready and the quality of education is also good.
Our batch will be giving placements during august2020 but there is a thing I want to share, our college provides complete equality and hence the girls are given placements in their 6sem i.e feb 2020. The highest package offered (to girls this year) is ₹18lakhs per annum INR. With the quality of teaching they provide, I am sure everyone will be getting a decent package at good companies.
My course BTech cost ₹40,000 INR per year. I feel i am getting my money's worth from the point of placements as YMCA really provides nice packages. Also, they are providing us Times coaching for our further developments.
The worst part of YMCA is it is not centralized and construction work is also going on which makes the campus very untidy. But it is developing, now'it have made a lift for students. There are certain sports activities in which you can enroll yourself and teachers are really helpful. My college is in Faridabad near escorts metro station and it is completely safe.
In YMCA, you can engage yourself in sports activities and during the time of fest you can enjoy a lot. Also, if you are a hosteler, special dj nights will be organized for you. Also, you can be assured of nice placements.
The infrastructure of J.C Bose University is not so good. It lack various facilities such as smart class rooms, proper space ,etc. Laboratories are good but smart class lack are not there. One good thing is that it has market nearby.
I am studying mechanical engineering in this university. This university is famous for CE and its mechanical engineering. In some aspects, curriculum is updated while in some regions is it not so good.
The placements for mechanical engineering are good. Percentage of students getting placed every year from this branch is over 85-90% as far as other streams such as ECE, ELECTRICAL, CIVIL are concerned.
The cost of 4 year Btech programme would cost you only approx 5 lakhs if you are from general/obc category and if you belong to SC/ST then it would cost you even lesser. The hostel are ok ok. Cleanliness is maintained in hostels and university.
The best part of this university is that it has 17-20 clubs which helps in enhancing the creativity of a child. Seniors, teachers are very supportive and help you in any way they could. There are various socities too.
Hello aspirant,
Finally, the YMCA University cutoff for applicants to the BTech and Integrated BTech programs for 2025 is available. The opening and closing ranks for the various AI and HS quota categories in the JoSAA Round 1 seat allocation result 2025 have been made public.
To know the cutoff, you can visit our site through following link:
https://dqxeclau.top/university/jc-bose-university-of-science-and-technology-ymca-faridabad/cut-off
Thank you
With a CRL rank of 152,999 and an OBC rank of 50,380, YMCA Faridabad’s B.Tech (Computer Engineering) may be a stretch. In 2024, the college’s OBC Home State cutoff closing rank ranged roughly 46,386 for this branch . This places your rank close to the upper limit, meaning admission is possible but not guaranteed especially if many higher-ranked candidates opt for other colleges. You may have a slightly better chance under the All India OBC category if cut-offs shift. Keep an eye on counselling rounds and consider backup options like Information Technology or nearby engineering colleges where your rank fits more comfortably.
Thanks for asking—wishing you the best with your engineering admission!
Yes, you can get admission in YMCA college of Faridabad that depends on your JEE Mains rank.
If your All India Rank is between something 30,000 to 50,000 than you can apply in following branches or departments:
1) Computer Engineering is a high demanding course.
2) Data Science
3) AI that is trending and best for future placements.
Remember that cutoff for each year changes, so for more detailed understanding you can check previous year cutoff in your interested course.
And If your rank is more than 1,00,000 than you can go for these courses:
1) Mechanical Engineering
2) Civil Engineering
3) Electrical Engineering
4) Environment Engineering
If you are still confused about which branch to select than you can go for Mechanical and civil engineering because there are more likely chance of yours to get admission.
