Yes.. There are pretty good chances of you getting IT in NIT Kurukshetra as per your rank. However the cutoffs are unpredictable and change almost every year. However your chances are pretty high as per the previous year cut offs. All the best for the counselling.

I am sorry to tell that with a rank about 1 lakh 72 thousand it is not possible for you to get NIT Kurukshethra even if you belong to general ews category.Hence try for some other colleges or give some other entrance examinations properly.Hope you understood.Thank You.

You didn't specify the branch you are planning to take admission.

You have very less chance based on previous year cutoff.

But the closing rank for production engineering last year was 3114.That means you have chances depending on the branch.

Anyway the cutoff may vary depending on various factors like difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.

So lets hope for the best !

Dear Aspirant, at this, marks your percentile would be around 98-98.5 and AIR might be in the range of 10,000-18,000. So at this rank, you might not be able to get into CS or IT. You can check here :-https://dqxeclau.top/university/national-institute-of-technology-kurukshetra/cut-off

This is according to previous year cutoffs. So it's better to wait for the results for accurate AIR and percentile

According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be predicted approx 78k and obc rank will be in between 25k-30k.And to get admission in VNIT nagpur your rank should must under 10000 as predicted from previous year cutoff.so there is very less chance to get seat in that college so I personally advice you to go for next attempt of jee mains and bring a good percentile .
