Hello,
Firstly NITs are better than IITe right. So placement are better in IITs. Then comparing IITH has signed numerous national and international MoUs with corporates and universities for collaboration on academic and professional fronts. Classrooms are top-notch. The library is still in the construction period. Hostel facilities are good. The cleanliness, quality it serves is up to the mark. Personal rooms with sharing are there. Every facility is available for students. Canteen, supermarket etc.
Now NIT Trichy has better placements and internships as compared to Hyderabad. 80-90% of students get placed in different domains. Companies like L&T, Cantilever, PSUs, etc., come for placements. The highest package offered was 17 LPA, and the lowest package was 6 LPA. 15-30% of students got internships.
Finally you go for NIT Trichy is better for internships and jobs offers.
Hope this helps!!
Hi,
Established in the year 1964, the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli is a government-run institution for higher education and advanced research, mainly in engineering and technology. It was started as the Regional Engineering College and is amongst the oldest establishments by the National Institutes of Technology.
The cutoff of year 2020 for CSE is : The opening rank for General Category is 163 and closing rank is 781 till 6th round.
In year 2019 the closing rank is 1281 .For the year 2018 closing rank is 1069 for General category.
The closing rank for ews in 2020 is 153 and in year 2019 is 159.
So from previous year's data you had chance to get Computer Science Engineering at NIT TRICHY.
Hope it helps you.
Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, Both are almost same. IIT Guwahati is older one and it is one of top 7 IITs. NIT Trichy is no.1 NIT. If you are getting Both then can surely go with IIT Guwahati as the kind of projects and learning opportunities you might get at IIT is unparalleled with any other institute (even for elite NIT Trichy). For NIT Trichy it is close to Chennai, the powerhouse of startups and innovation. Many Companies have there branches there. You will be getting many opportunities for interns outside your college at NIT Trichy but for IIT Guwahati there are not much companies so opportunities are also less.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck

Hi dear aspirant,
You are asking about which one is better so in simple words would say the National Institute of Technology, Trichy is the best among all. In fact, for any course, NIT Trichy offers better placements and quality education that a student needs.
Also, the reputation of this college is best and holds more value than any other as compared to other colleges.
I would suggest you go with NIT Trichy if you get the opportunity to study.
Also, you have mentioned CSE. Computer Science and Engineering is one of the best and valuable branches as compared to recent times. The need for IT engineers is increasing day by day. If you have internet in government or metallurgy related fields then go with metallurgy.
Talking about IIT Indore. See, talking about an IIT tag if you want to add the tag then go with IIT Indore but you must understand the value in future.
A wise decision is always appreciated.

Hello Aspirant,
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that :-
Closing SC rank for NIT Tiruchirappalli was :-
So you have quite low chances to get NIT Tiruchirappalli with Computer Science and Engineering branch.
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Hey there
National Institute of Technology Trichy is much better than the other institutes and it is clarified by mentioned below points:
Hello dear aspirant,
Hope you are doing well…
If you have to decide among NIT warangal for b.tech ECE and NIT Tiruchirappalli for b.tech EEE.. then keep the following points in mind. It includes the placement review and record too-
Cut off- B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering in National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli has higher cutoff through JEE Main.
Fees- B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering in National Institute of Technology Warangal has lower fees. Fees of nit warangal is around 5.5lakhs while fees of nit trichy is around 5.8lakhs.
Campus- nit trichy has a huge campus as compared to nit Warangal. But basic infrastructure and facilities are good in both colleges.
When we talk about placement and packages then according to students reviews and records nit trichy has a slightly better placement facilities and higher packages for students . The median salaran through college placement at nit trichy is around 10.6lakhs where as it is around 8-8.5lakhs in nit Warangal.
Hope this above mentioned information helps you to decide
Please ask if you have any more questions.
All the best for your future!!
Hello Aspirant,
No, it is just a myth that if the candidate cannot get the fourth preference then ho can he/she get third preference or preference filled around it. See the seat allotment for any candidate totally depends upon the choices he/she has filled. Suppose you have almost confirm chances in MNNIT Chemical engineering and you filed it on 4th position and almost impossible choice on 3rd position so definitely during the process of allotment your 3rd preference will not be filled but 4th preference would definitely get allotted, might be not in first or second round but it can be in 4th-5th round. Therefore it is always advised to fill your choices correctly don't fill the choices for which you have no chances because it might delay the chances of getting the seat which can be allotted to you earlier or with significant wrong choice filling one can even not get a seat in JOSAA counselling as the seats are limited and the rounds are limited so take care of this thing while choice filling.
However you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2021 result and from this you will get an idea of colleges that you can get :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello,
The 75% marks in XII board exams criteria will likely be removed for the JEE Main 2022 as well. So even if you score 70% marks in Boards examination you will be eligible to appear for the JEE Mains 2022 Examination.
If you are talking about scoring 95% in JEE Mains then it would correspond to 342 marks out of 360. After scoring this much score it is advisable that you shouldn't settle for NIT and instead try for IIT entrance examination JEE Advanced.
And if you are asking for 95 percentile in JEE Mains examination (percentage and percentile are two different things)then, I would like to tell you that cut offs for colleges change every year depending upon number of factors such as following-
• N umber of applicants in JEE examination
• JEE question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in JEE
• NIT seat matrix 2022
So you should work hard and score maximum marks and get a seat in your dream college.
Thank you.
it is one of the best engineering colleges in India and it truly lives up to its reputation. The campus is huge and green. The infrastructure is quite good, with modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a central library that’s a paradise for book lovers and project hunters alike.
The infrastructure of college is quite good , big and well designed . The classroom is properly ventilated and has smart board for effective learning, The library has all the books of different categories and students can issue any of the books in respective time. There are many grounds for respective sports and properly maintained periodically.
It’s campus is so big that moving from one department to other requires a lot of time else you can use bicycles. The view of college is amazing. There is wifi facility along big big classrooms and labs. I don’t suggest you the mess food.
