It will be very difficult for you to get Biotechnology in VIT with 66k RANK IN VITEEE in Category 1. The previous year closing cutoff for Biotechnology in Category 1 in VITEEE was around 13500.

See, in order to get the seat in any of the branches of VIT, one must score less than 5000 and it will be considered as good one. However, the cutoffs vary from year to year. You might get a seat, basing upon the reservation, but the chances are really less.

I'll say you honestly without any sugarcoat i e under 30,000 ranks aspirant gets seat in VIT college

and your rank is 1,35,905. you'll not get any seat in vit. sorry to say that

As per your question  , there is no chance for you to get a cse branch with this rank . you can try other branches like eee. there is a tough competition for cse branch.

there is no chance you can get cse  seat  with this rank in  vit vellore college. there is a slight chance you may get seat in category 2 and 3. Another way is management quota.

Well it is not possible to say whether you will get admission at any institute right at the moment, because it is up to the Institutes to decide the cut offs and closing rank of any branch, as these certain things are depends on the various factors like:

1- Number of students applied for admission.

2- Number of seats available at Institutes.
