Hii i hope you are doing well .As per your question im honestly saying vit vellore compus as tough competition for cse branch and cuttoff rank is below 3000 cse branch seats are first get filled, but you can definitely get cse branch in category 1 or 2.

Hai , i hope your are doing well . As per question there is no  chance for you to get cse/it/ ece in category 2or 3 . Because vit vellore campus as tough competition for cse branch below 3000 rank can get it and 5000 or above rank can get Chennai compus in category 1 .you can try other branches like civil eee you may get it in category 2 or 3.

VIT is one of the best private engineering colleges in India. So if you wish to go for the Integrated MTech program in any specialization, then its a good choice because, after completion of the course you have good chance to get a good salaried job in placements. It can feel to you that, the packages of BTech and Integrated MTech will be nearly the same, but you will have to invest 1 year more. But look at the bright side, you will be a more educated engineer with high end specialized skills which can really help you to get a R&D or Project lead kind of a job. So you can have similar packages but you will be a much upgraded version.

The placement ratio for the Integrated MTech course is around or greater than 85% (for CSE related course/job profiles) which is a great opportunity.

It is difficult to predict the admission chances as each year the cut off can change due to several factors like :

• Seat Matrix
• Difficulty level of exam
• No of students appeared for the exam etc.

Well, as per VITEEE 2016 cut off , you have very few chances to get any branch in VIT of any domain . To get admission in any VIT , you need to rank min 50K .

Well, In Fashion Technology , the cut off was 55000 as per 2016 cut off (VIT Chennai)

Hope you are doing well! Yes , definitely it is really good . Even don't think for a minute for that . The highest package was 45.03 LPA with overall 409 offers. 52% of students got multiple offers. Students were also placed in companies like Amazon, Microsoft etc. The placement number and quality at VIT-Bhopal are significantly increasing.

You may get it if your rank is below 45 K .

Dear aspirant,

The candidates who have ranks below 20,000 in the VITEEE exam are called in the 1st counseling round and the candidates who have ranks below 45,000 are called in the second counseling round. As your rank is above 45,000 that's why they said that you should apply for the 3rd counseling round.

The previous year's cut-offs of the last counseling round for CSE, ECE, and IT branches at VIT Vellore are below 20000th rank. So, with the 50160th rank in the VITEEE exam, you can't get admission at VIT Vellore. But you can try other VIT colleges such as VIT Chennai, VIT Bhopal, and VIT AP.
