Well to be honest it is not possible to say whether you will get admission at Vellore Institute of Technology, as because the admission is totally based on the Student's ranking which vary year by year due to some reasons like:

1- Difficulty of Examination.

2- No. of seat available to the no. of students appear

3- Relative marking and many more.

But we can get a rough image of ranking by comparing to some previous year data, Hence according to your marks in VITEEE, it seems like your ranking would be in range of 8000-12000, however it is not exact ranking.

According to some previous year data, the closing rank for Biotechnology at VIT for general category is somewhat near 20000, so comparing with these you will get admission in VIT.

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) do offers integrated M.Tech programs with 5 years of course duration as mentioned in their website. The minimum criteria for appearing in admission is 65% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).

For SC/ST students , there is certain relaxation offered of 10% i.e. 55% , but are required to produce these documents.

Candidates from NIOS / Correspondence mode are not eligible.

As you have scored 69% in PCM, yes, you are eligible to apply for the program .

There is an entrance test called VITEEE ( Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination), in which based on your performance, you will get certain rank. Based on rank, you will be selecting the branches.

There are very uncertainty in ranks, and it is not possible to guess clearly with the given criteria. But you should apply, as you already satisfy the minimum percentage criteria.

There's nothing like clearing VITEEE. VIT doesn't disclose marks in VITEEE results, All they give is your rank based on your score.

All the students whose rank is under one lakh are shown as qualified and are eligible for counseling. All the rank holders under 20k are called in phase 1 and the rest in phase 2.

You need to score 80+ to get a rank under 20k. This is just a rough assumption from my personal experience. VITEEE is held in multiple slots(3 slots per day) over some time, so they use an equating methodology to normalize your score based on the paper difficulty of the particular slot. For biotechnology, the rank should be under 13500.
