VIT-AP University, Amaravati admissions for the academic year 2025-26 are currently open.
AP EAMCET results for admission to VIT-AP University Amaravati have been released on June 8, 2025.
The college has almost all the important equipment. But classrooms have no AC so it might be hard in the summer season. Laboratories have enough equipment, classrooms are big, no sports facilities are available from the college, and free wifi is available in the hostel and college too. The living spaces are clean and the food is adjustable.
I am studying B.Tech in CSE because the demand for tech jobs in the market is huge. The quality of teaching is average. The teachers are helpful and kind. The curriculum is very much old-fashioned and not at all updated. It does not make a student job-ready. Rather they are just to fill the copy and for formality.
The placements in the college are mediocre. Although one can try multiple placements off campus. 60-70% of students were placed on average. The highest salary package offered is around 9-10 lakhs. Tech-based companies provide these high-paying job packages.
College infrastructure is average. All facilities are provided and maintenance is average. Labs have only necessary equipment for experiments of the curriculum. Wifi is supported in all the college blocks and hostels but no speed. Living spaces are clean and there is no serving of non vegetarian food in college.
Academics of my course is good but the quality of teaching is not bad. There is a lot of self study to do and curriculum is aonly average because it doesn't have recent developments. The HOD of my department is intelligent but coming to student issues he is not that good.
Our university have lovely placements. All the campuses students come to main campus for big companies. Almost everyone gets a job at VIT. Core jobs percentage is less compared to IT jobs. Ratio of core to IT jobs is 1:3. Average salary for core companies is 8 to 12 lakhs per annum.
During my time of college, there was not even proper playground to play with as it was under construction. But it is much improved now. Libraries are decent. Hostels are good enough. Cafeteria is decent but not as expected.
Curriculum is very good. Even there is a model called do your own career where you can choose your own interest of subjects and learn. Quality of teaching is good. Labs are well equipped and VIT gives licensed software for students.
Placements are good. You should have a decent cgpa to get interviewed in top companies. Career development cell helps each student to get placed in some or some company. They even give seperate training for placement.
During my time of college we didn't even have proper playground at it was under construction. But now it is much improved. Libraries are decent. Hostels are good. College is located near secretariat but if you want to enjoy outing with friends you need to travel atleast 30 to 40 mins to reach City.
Curriculum is very good. You can even choose your own subjects and develop your skills on your interest. There is a Scheme called build your own degree where you can also opt for dual degree, even do a semester abroad.
Placements are excellent. Just have are decent cgpa and prepare well for the placement. You will for sure will be placed in one or other company. There will be three categories of placements, regular<4L dream < 6L superdream>10L
Good infrastructure , I can give you a general idea! Colleges usually strive to maintain proper infrastructure and facilities. Classrooms often have smart boards, projectors, and WiFi. Laboratories are equipped with specialized equipment for respective subjects, libraries with vast resources, and sports centers with necessary amenities. Well-maintained living spaces and hygienic food are essential for a conducive environment. However, the quality can vary between institutions, so visiting or che
Nice staff , supportive.,In terms of education quality, the information I provide is based on up-to-date knowledge as of my last training cut-off in January 2022. As for a curriculum, it's important for any field to keep pace with developments. Many courses aim to integrate recent advancements, ensuring students are equipped with relevant skills for the job market. However, it's always good to supplement learning with practical experiences and staying updated on industry trends for optimal job r
Pretty good ?,but typically, colleges aim for high placement rates. Statistics on placement percentages, highest salary packages, and average salaries vary based on the institution and field of study. Often, courses in technology, management, and certain specialized fields command higher salary packages. The ease of the placement process and supportiveness of the college can differ from individual experiences and college policies. Reviews and alumni insights might offer a clearer perspective on
It's worth the money, for many students, feeling they're getting their money's worth involves a combination of factors. Quality education, updated resources, supportive faculty, opportunities for growth, and access to relevant facilities contribute to this perception. Additionally, factors like networking opportunities, practical learning experiences, and post-graduation support play a role in determining the value of the education received from a college.
A sprawling campus with lush greenery, modern infrastructure, and well-equipped facilities stands out. Engaging social spaces, libraries, research centers, and sports facilities contribute positively. The best campuses also offer a wide array of extracurricular activities, clubs, and events to cater to various interests.
The campus boasts breathtaking surroundings with sprawling greenery and state-of-the-art facilities. The best part is the vibrant student life, offering numerous clubs, sports, and cultural activities catering to diverse interests.
For CSE it has right now. Few classes have AC's (Mostly classes in Central Block) but not all. Sports are well encouraged but do not have proper infrastructure for all sports The living spaces and food are quite hygienic
The quality of teaching greatly depends on the teacher himself and you have the privilege to choose your own faculty .The studies alone does not make you job ready but college provides good exposure via seminars, clubs and more
Placements are what keeps this college on trend and yes if you study decent enough you may secure a package of around 5-6 lakhs minimum for CSE.Well for other branches I am not sure it greatly depends on companies visiting campus
The college has been increased drastically in the past few years and we can understand it as the are developing the infrastructure at quite fast pace and yes the courses here are a bit costly. I would not say completely worth it but ok
In case of emergencies college staff does maximum and instant effort to deal with those matters .Many of the staff are fully supportive and you have events going on almost every week to engage in .It is a matter of your interest to indulge into something you like

I am pursuing my second year here. The quality of teaching is very good in vit ap. As here ffcs(free flexible credit is system) available which is very helpful for students. Ffcs is like we can choose whichever course we want in anytime so it's very helpful for the students they can take there interesting subjects and they can manage with their mandatory subjects
As far as I know highesr package till now In oir college is 63lpa and placements will be good in vit ap. For cse on an average 80 percent of the people will get placed. Average salary we can expect in between 6 to 9

Infrastructure and Maintainence is extremely good in vit ap. A student can engage in any activity. Yeah it can handle emergencies
Extremely good
Coming to the infrastructure of the college it very nice , buildings are excellent, spacious , and the ground is enough for all the students to play all at a time. There is library which contains both systems and books. They are simply superb
There is system called FFCS which is very excellent approach for studies. In this we can select which course and which faculty we need. The faculty is very good and they are very experienced. We can even select the slots and timings of the classes. I personally like this.
There are many companies coming to our university and they are recruiting many students. Many large companies are recruiting the students. According to the students grades companies are recruiting the students with different packages.
The money they are taking are worth it. They are providing more than enough. They are providing all the facilities which a student need. They are providing with seperate equipment for every student for studies.
It's very good. They are providing events every weekends which will refresh the brains. The timings are flexible to our priorities. There are many different clubs with both technical and non technical. Students can be able to chill according to their interest .Campus Life is simply superb.
I will recommend this University to students who aspire to get good jobs not only jobs there are many entrepreneur's from our university and there are many clubs which are to be taken according to the students passion.
With a VITEEE rank of 190,000 , you are very unlikely to get a seat in VIT Andhra Pradesh (VIT-AP) for a standard B.Tech program . Generally, only candidates with ranks below 1,00,000 are considered for admissions to VIT-AP.
Thank you!!!
