The infrastructure here is quite impressive. The classrooms are well-equipped, and while the labs have the basic tools you need. You'll find air-conditioned classrooms.The hostels are generally considered spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning, and each has its own dining hall. They also have night canteens, which is convenient. The college has a good library, fast Wi-Fi all over the campus, a medical center, and sports facilities. However, a few folks have suggested the cafeteria could use a facelift and that some washrooms might need better hygiene.

College Infrastructure
Classroom are equipped with whiteboard. The labs are adequately maintained. The library has a good collection of books. Our college has well maintained canteen providing quality food. The hostel in our college is decent.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the course and hostels are average. Labs are fully functional and provide all the basic equipment but sometimes they do not work. Hostels are the minus point I think as there are no air-conditioners in the room. The mess food is not worth it.

You have a moderate chance of securing a CSE seat at BIT Sindri with a CML rank of 1375 and an OBC-NCL rank of 259 through JCECEB counseling Rounds 2 or 3.
While BIT Sindri's CSE program is highly competitive, your OBC-NCL category rank of 259 improves your prospects as category cutoffs are generally lower. Previous year trends and Round 2 and 3 can provide opportunities as ranks may drop slightly.
To increase your chances, monitor the official JCECEB website for cutoffs, actively participate in counseling, and consider including related branches like IT as backup options.

DTU Electrical is the best overall in terms of brand, placements, and opportunities.
NSUT ECE is a close second, especially for tech roles.
BIT Mesra ECE is good academically but slightly behind DTU/NSUT in placements.
IGDTUW ECE is a decent option with location advantage for female candidates.

If you paid the registration fee in Round 1 but did not go for physical verification, you do not need to pay the registration fee again in Round 2. You can register for Round 2 using the same payment. Only new candidates need to pay the fee.
