as the counselling registration is over you will have to wait till the last round is over so that you can apply for special round in which you will have to be physically present there.

please see that your rank is not very good so you have chance in dtu only if you are from delhi

EWS quota is applicable from this year and onward so anything cannot be predicted until the seat allotment of round 1. But following previous trend it would be slightly tough to get DTU with this rank. You can apply in lower NIT's and you can get a decent branch there.

The admission in B.Tech courses of DTU and NSIT is done on the basis of JEE Mains score regardless of your JEE Advanced score. Thus as per your rank in JEE Mains 2019, you can get a seat in both DTU and NSIT. To know the available branches as per your rank in both the colleges, please comment your branch preference and region. Good luck.

First, you must understand that there is no special cutoff for the EWS category rather there is only financial help that is provided to the EWS candidates i.e. concession in fees.

The cutoff for the EWS category is the same as that of General category candidates.

You can basically get all the branches of DTU Delhi based on your rank because last year, the cutoff for Computer Engineering was 3,070 for General (Outside Delhi Region) candidates which were the lowest cutoff for any branch.

In 2017, the lowest cutoff rank was 3,376.

So, you can basically get any branch of your choice.

CUT OFF

The cutoff of JEE Main 2019 is the minimum score a candidate needs to be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced. This is not the same JEE Main cutoff that will be published by JoSAA for admissions. JEE Main cutoff 2019 published by JoSAA will be specific to each branch and category in the participating NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. This cutoff of JEE Main 2019 lists the minimum ranks branch wise and category wise for admission to these institutes.

ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility criteria of JAC Delhi 2019 comprise the set of conditions prescribed by the respective participating institutes for admission to B.Tech programmes offered by them. And since the JAC Delhi eligibility criteria is institute-specific, the candidate needs to check the relevant eligibility criteria of the institute they are applying to. For example, to be eligible for admission to a B.Tech course at NSIT candidate needs minimum 60% marks, while the minimum marks for admission at IIIT D is 80% marks in aggregate.
