If we were to compare college cultures just based on reputation and peer assessment, I'd say ADGITM is superior to GTBIT.

Here are some points regarding the same -

- The fee schedules for these two colleges are comparable (approx. 4 lacs)

- For other branches, such as ECE, both of them received placements that are merely average.

- You shouldn't anticipate getting strong direct placements for your course unless you intend to pursue higher education or employment through GATE, GRE, CAT, etc.

- Both colleges have excellent and active student bodies, and if you look hard enough, internship opportunities may be found.

- Regarding infrastructure, I believe ADGITM offers a better system.

There is no special exam conducted by IP university. The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will offer admission to BA LLB, BBA LLB and LLM programmes through Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022. Indraprastha (IP) University closed the application form of IP University law 2022 on May 31, 2022. To get admission in IP University, candidates will have to appear for CLAT 2022 which will be conducted on June 19. The university will prepare a merit list on the basis of CLAT score 2022 and offer admission to the candidates.

IPU or Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University offers PhD programs in 16 different specializations, mostly for 3 years. The minimum criteria for an entry is to clear the UGC-NET/ CSIR NET. The Economics department is at par with the international standards, both academically and professionally. The program also requires candidates to possess a masters or a post graduate degree on the subject approved by Association of Indian Universities/UGC/MCI or any other equivalent qualification to the satisfaction of the Academic Council of University with at least 60% marks in hand    (relaxation of 5% for SCs and STs). Entering the program provides you with statistical softwares like STAR and the like, raising opportunities for better placements, holistic development through The Economic Society and comprehensive manifestation of oneself.

As per your rank, it is pretty good and getting a college having Economics Hons. is high.

IPU colleges could easily take up candidates upto rank 10,000 and above.

If you belong to general category, it still shouldn't be any problem you could easily get any good college.

If you are trying to get top branches then and if your category is general then it's difficult to get a seat. But if you are trying for middle or lower branches then You may get seats in some colleges. I would suggest you to apply for the counselling process and also for the state counselling and private colleges also as it will give you a backup plan.
