You have to collect an application for correction in your name in OBC and request them to issue the corrected one. You will have to attach documents with your application of your correct name. The documents like your Aadhaar card

As you want to know about the fail in IPU internal exam Papers at GGSIPU are divided into 2 parts:-

First internal exam 10 marks

Second external exam 75 marks

Rest 15 marks are for attendance and PSA activities.

If you fail an internal exam nothing happens you will just get 0 out of 10 you will still have 90 marks with you.
