there will be many Good colleges available at this rank plus you are an outside Delhi student that will give you another perk, as in Final round counselling i guess there is a preference for outside Delhi students. SO WAIT till the last round and you might get colleges like IITM Janakpuri, DSPSR, RDIAS, Technia, Chandra prabhu and if luck permits then JIMS, basant kunj or Rohini too.

Till then don't freeze your seat and you will get admission in one of these colleges.

I am very sorry to say you that to wait for the next year for GGSIPU is the only options or look for other colleges as in BBA competition is very less
