Yes, you can apply for MA in philosophy in IIT bombay as it offers MA courses now. You need to clear its entrance exam and interview round to secure seat in it.
The minimum eligibility criteria for IIT MA is a bachelor's degree in any discipline(BTech/Bsc/Ba) after 10+2 from a recognized board and minimum aggregate of 55% in it.

Dear candidate, 2020 cut off for CSE IIT BOMBAY was 66 rank(General category) in JEE Advanced. The cut off rank for females was 248 rank. Marks above 285 in JEE advanced will fetch you rank around or above 60. To give JEE Advanced, first you need to qualify JEE Mains with a particular cut off (around 90 percentile) However, cut off marks can change anytime with rank due to:

The fee structure of MSC in Physics in IIT Bombay is INR 86,600 .
Here is the eligibility criteria for the same;
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam by a recognised board.
Candidates must have 55% in aggregate on graduation level with B.Sc Physics. And this percentage decreases to 50% for SC/ST and PwD category Candidates.
Final year candidates are also eligible .

Hi Aspirant,
To get into IIT Bombay, first you should have secured at least 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective boards. Then, In JEE Main you have to be within top 2.5 lakh candidates in order of merit(that may change depending on various factors like no of candidate, difficulty of paper,etc.). After that, you have to get a ranking around 60-65 (considering General merit and Gender neutral) to get into Computer Science Engineering at IIT Bombay.

Admission in IITs is on the basis of your rank in JEE advanced examination for undergraduate engineering courses. So, to get into IIT Bombay you need to appear in jee advanced.
In order to appear for jee advanced you need to be eligible for it.
For your reference
jee advanced eligibility criteria is given below :-
-) you need to pass your class 12th with at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination. For this year i. e 2021 this percentage requirement in class 12th has been lifted off.
-) You can give JEE advanced examination for the maximum of consecutive 2 years starting from the year of appearing for your 12th examination i. e to be eligible for JEE advanced 2021 your 12th board examination appearing year should be either 2021 or 2020 .
-) There is upper age limit, according to which to be eligible for jee advanced 2021,you should be born on or after 1st October 1996
-) you must qualify JEE mains to be eligible for jee advanced

Last year general category candidates were required to get minimum 5 percentage of marks in each subject and 17.50% minimum percentage aggregate marks to clear the JEE Advanced cutoff. For electrical engineering at IIT Bombay closed rank was 240 and for females it was 1005. You can check out the cutoffs here:
