I think your marks is less for getting admission in IITs M.Tech. you have to score more than 70 marks to get admission IITs. your chance to get admission in IITs is less. but you can take admission in NITs and other govt colleges.

IIT Bombay does not provide a B.E. degree in design but It does provide a Bachelor of design degree which is abbreviated as B.des.

1) Admission:- Admissions are done through UCEED examination conducted by a particular IIT each year. This exam gives admission to B.des programs at IIT BOMBAY , IIT GUWAHATI and IIIT Jabalpur.

2) Infrastructure:- IIT Bombay is known all over the world for its world class infrastructure ,lush green campus, reach to esteemed corporates and excellent productive atmosphere all around.The infrastructure for design programs are also excellent.

3) Fees:- The fees of B.des at IIT Bombay is 1,75,000 rupees per year. It is at par with other undergraduate programs at IIT Bombay 

4)Placement opportunities:-

IIT Bombay is known for its a accomodating TPO office which offers wide range of facilities to its students with regards to placement scenario going on in the institute.
