Hello,
If you are a Maharashtra state candidate then you need to give MHTCET for sure and you will be admitted on the basis of rank obtained in the examination and also if you clear the cut off for ICT Mumbai.
But if you are from other state you can give jee mains/MHTCET but jee mains will be preferred rather than MHTCET.
So, it is very important to score high in any of the two examination because the ICT Mumbai is one of the topmost college through MHTCET. You need to keep atleast 99 percentile in MHTCET and in jee mains 97-98 atleast .
Hello Abhiroop
The cutoff changes year to year but to secure a seat in DAIICT in ICT branch the safe rank will be around 10-12k AIR (it may vary).
While the cutoff for ICT with minor in computational science will be around 8-9k.
You can have more information about the college in the provided link :-
Hope this helps
Best wishes to you :)
Hello,
Institute of chemical technology is one of the top colleges through jee mains and MHTCET . To get in this college you need to get atleast 98-99 percentile as per the general category and gender neutral.
The state merit list prepared by the authorities decides the state rank of the candidates and accordingly they will be admitted to the institutes provided they clear the cut offs .
Generally for ICT Mumbai the cut off generally stays under 3-4k for the lowest branch. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs.

Hey there!
Well it is not possible to tell whether you will definitely get a seat in Institute of Chemical Technology or not, as the admission is based on closing rank which is decided by institute only, however the closing is been decided by considered some factors like:
1- Difficulty level of examination
2- No. of students appeared for exam
3- No. of seat available at institutes
4- Category of an individual and many more
Hence it is not possible to say whether you will get admission or not.
But we can get a rough idea of closing rank by analyzing previous year trends.
With the marks that you mentioned and according to previous year data your rank would be anywhere in between 67927 to 76360 as per our JEE rank predictor

Hello,
As you mentioned that you are wanting to take admission in food technology in ICT Mumbai so let me tell you that you need to secure atleast 96-97 percentile in jee mains to get into ICT Mumbai.
But these cut offs varies according to the jee mains applicants and also number of applicants who are applying for ICT Mumbai. It's safer to keep your percentile atleast close to 97 percentile. Other factors which decides the cut offs includes choices filled by the candidates, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the examination.
