Sir/Mam I got AIR 1,24000 and 36,000 Obc category rank.How much chances are there for me to get admission in YMCA or govt colleges for NIT?

Hello dear ...

The thing that you need to know is that there's no use of category ranking (in your case, OBC rank) for the selection process

So sorry, but it is difficult for you to get any NIT. Although there are other good colleges out there which you should aim for.

PS: it doesn't matter which college you go, what matters is what you do in your college life

Here is a link for last time cutoffs. If you are not prefering a certain branch you can surely get into one of the streams. It won't be a problem with that rank but do attend all the counselling sessions.

My jee main rank is 60,232 then can I join mechanical engineering in YMCA

Yes you can .But you need to specify your home state as the home state quota comes very handy in HSTES.You might get CS in ymca in spot round also .
The spot round will commence on 9th august if i am right.
Ymca mech. is very reputed as the packages goes as high as 18LPA so the competetion will be very high but according to last yr cutoffs you are highly likely to get mech. there.

i am female obc student from haryana.my which jee main rank will be for counselling in ymca -crl rank or obc rank.tell which rank is used.

I have got 71927 OBC rank in jeemains. Can I get admission in YMCA mechanical??

Yes you can but only in spot round.The mechanical branch of YMCA is very reputed.The package goes as high as 20LPA.Last year Daikin Mcqain gave this package.You should fill the spot round form after the councelling process.The form will be of 1000 rs.And you should be present in the physical councelling.The physical councelling will also be of 2-3 days.You should also try for the CS branch there.Well if you are lucky you might also get mech. in the third round of councelling.Hope this helps.For further queries you can contact me.

Guru Nank Engineering college is one of the tge best college in india with rank 22nd. Best college of punjab. & the near about 70+ placement companies for IT & CSE comes every year for placement.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure of jc bose university is well and good. There are smart classrooms with proper lighting, projectors, audio visuals and with smart boards. There are various computer centre's which enables student to access technology and built their skill. And library have all necessary books. And gave basic laboratory for experiments.

Collage has two Reading Halls with a total capacity of 155 seats. University Library has a rich collection of more than 76 thousand volumes in the stream of Engineering & Technology, applied sciences and Management.
