Lovely Professional University has become a brand in the past few years. Not only it offers good placements but also provide quality education.

B.Tech Computer Science placement is best in LPU. According to LPU, many top companies like TCS, Accenture, IBM, SAP, Infosys, Capegemini etc. visit for recruitment.

Avergae Salay offerd is between 3-4 lakhs.Some meritorious students grab packages as high as 18 lakhs during placements.

Academics and teaching is good. Most of the faculties here are from well-know universities of India and abroad.

Overall, LPU is a very good choice for B.tech in Computer Science

Lovely Professional University is a private university situated in Phagwara, Punjab, India.Applicants appearing for LPUNEST (B.Tech.) should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2020, in final examination of 10+2 from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi) or The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE, New Delhi) or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc. declared recognized by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi or any other concerned apex body as applicable.

The Eligibility criteria is the candidate should have passed with 60% aggregate in +2 Examinations or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) subject to qualifying LPUNEST (B.Tech.) LPUNEST will be exempted for the candidates who scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in +2.

LPU NEST examination is conducted for the admission to different courses in Lovely Professional University. Usually, the BTech batch in LPU starts in the month of July-August,2022 but it may get delayed due to the unavoidable circumstances of COVID which was observed last year, and the classes were conducted online.

The LPUNEST BTech examination will be conducted in two sessions in the Remote proctored mode (examination from home):

• April Session: Exam is to be conducted in the session 5th April to 15th April 2022.
• May Session: Exam is to be conducted in Session 15th May to 31st May 2022.

Lovely Professional University, Punjab, is a good college approved by the NCTE and ranked 99 for Overall by NIRF 2020. For B. Tech. Information Technology, the placement is quite good. The highest salary is Rs. 42 lakhs/year and the lowest salary is Rs. 4.8 lakhs/year. Companies which come here for placement are Yahoo, TCS, CTS, Accenture, Hitachi, Bosch, Infosys, etc,. Information Technology does has decent scope in the future!

You do have compulsory Summer full-time Internship to enhance your skills and knowledge. They do provide you with loan and scholarship based on your score!

In my opinion nirma is better Than lpu.but do not compromise with branch.if you want CS than go for cs.otherwise go for nirma.Nirma is one of the top university of india.
