Hello aspirant,
Based on the previous year cutoff trends, you have to score more than 90-95 percentile in IPUCET to consider safe chances of getting admission in IPU. So, yes, scoring 90 percentile and above, you can get admission in IPU. In order to get seat through IPU CET you need to score the cut off specified by the participating institutes and the cut off is different for each college.
Please note that the above mentioned percentile is based on the previous year cutoff trends which may vary this year as the cutoff depends on various factors,
