Plaksha University, Mohali has concluded the placement drive for its Technology Leaders Program (TLP). Plaksha University students secure placements with leading MNCs and startups during Plaksha University placements. According to the Plaksha University Tech Leaders Fellowship placements 2023, the highest and average salary package was Rs. 41 LPA and Rs. 16.2 LPA. Plaksha University highest package and average package stood at Rs. 41 LPA and Rs. 19.45 LPA during Plaksha University placements 2022. Plaksha University average salary for the top 10% and top 25% of the class were at an all-time high of Rs. 38.2 LPA and Rs. 29.4 LPA respectively.
A total of 53 offers were made and 39 participating organisations during the Plaksha University placements process in 2022. However, out of the 48 eligible students for placements, 44 got placed, one opted for higher studies and three are in the placements process. The highest offer acceptance was from the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector (21%) followed by E-commerce (19%), Engineering Technology (17%), and IT & Education Tech (15% each).
