Hi Venika, Thapar University gives you exactly what you ask for. There are students who bag a salary of 30 LPA and there are students who get wasted due to drug abuse. If you are studious and focussed, MSc at Thapar University is not a bad option.

I got 30 marks in jee mains and 957 marks in ipe will i get seat in thapar university?

It is highly unlikely for you to get a seat in Thapar university as per previous trends.

Which is a better option among NIT Srinagar and Thapar University?

If you can afford Thapar it is good
Nit Srinagar used to be a top college but
Due to political tension its reputation has fallen but it is still a good college ...at last if work hard in any good college you will get good placement

I got 70% in ISC physics ,chemistry, maths and 56 marks in JEE main OBC NCL can I get admission at Thapar University ?

Hello,
Based on your jee mains 2018 marks your chances of getting admission in THAPAR UNIVERSITY is less and of course not in top branches like CSE/IT/ECE.
You need to have marks around 100 in jee mains to get admission in this college easily.

My PCM %age is 93% and JEE mains Rank is 90k which are very much above the eligibilty criteria for Thapar University.Can i get admission ?

You can get branches like chemical, mechatronics,civil,manufacturing but you have to keep trying till the last rounds also.Good luck.

College Infrastructure

Many facilities provide by college lab is very good and working well, classroom is very good and library is also provided by college and you can take any book in your course. Many facilities provided in our hostel food is average and canteen is also available in our hostel medical facilities is also available in our hostel.

Wrong placement stats given on website.

College Infrastructure

The coursework is decent, they try to make them familiar with each technology one by one. Classrooms are good, and the campus is big. Hostels are also good but overpriced. The food in the mess is not very good and is also overpriced.

Well maintained infrastructure and faculty.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure of the college is just okay. Buildings look very old and don’t justify the fees charged. The Labs for our branch are the worst. Wi-Fi connectivity is good overall. The college library is decent. The classrooms are very nice up to 2nd year but after that we will get a normal school type classroom.
