The college has 24/7 access to internet, one of the best libraries in India even better than some top engineering institutes of INDIA. Proper cleanliness, when the entire city was facing the issue of flood the college was the most safe place to be, as there was no flooding in the college

Top facility computer labs, all the necessary books, often the college is very flexible with their academic calendar, the reqson why i rated it 4 stars is because the academic calender of the freshers is more relaxing than it was for us, so they are constantly making it more student friendly

We saw a rapid increment in the placemnet rates and packages in 2023, nearly every major company is visiting the college for 2024 placemnet and 2025 internship although the placements procedure is more difficult due to recession, We hope it gets better in next few months

The fee is very high, though the students are also getting placed in good companies but due to the current recession situation its very difficult to say whether the value invested will be returned fully or not

Good campus life

Yes, My college has all the outstanding infrastructure and facilities. We're facilitated with Wi-fi both in hostel rooms and as well in class rooms. Classroom are equipped with smart boards. The campus is well maintained and clean.

I'm Studying Btech in CSE. Quality of teaching is Okay. Not to good not to bad as well at least in my first year. I have only completed my first year yet only. Let's see if we have some of the qualified ones in 2nd year.

Yeah College do have the avg placement of 18 lpa and placements are also good. In 2023 placement went upto 52 lpa. Well both CSE and COE receive mostly the highest placements in the campus. I don't have much idea.

Thapar institute has good infrastructure the buildings are good , classrooms are big and are fully air ventilated , all equipments are modern and up to date th living spacke is clean mess food is also good

i have graduated from be cs course a 3 year degree but a good course teachers are educated and provide good study material but sometimes teaching in class is boring , all developements can be seen in the course

the placement structure is very good almost all students are placed with excellent packages , the college is very supportive in placements and helping in studying for post graduate degree i was placed in a very good company , companies like american express also visit campus

The college provides the best facilities. The campus is well-maintained. Campus spread across 300-acre. our college has one of the best libraries with over 2,00,000 books and well maintained group discussion (GD) rooms with TV monitors in them. A swimming pool, Nirvana park for yoga and fresh air in morning almost separate grounds for each and every game. food served in mess is average. one thing that does not work properly is Wi-Fi, it is average. overall campus is good.

Around 90% of faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Many faculty members are from IITs. The semester exams are quite competitive and test our knowledge to the fullest. They conduct sessional, MST and EST in every semester. Semester exams are difficult, you have to study constantly to score a well or high CGPA.

The highest salary package offered is 48 LPA, and the overall avg package is 7 LPA. Avg package for the CSE branch is nearly 11 LPA. almost 94% of students got placements. Top recruiting companies are Zomato, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, Amazone, JPMC, Reliance, Wipro, and much more. In the year 2022-23, around 1950 students were placed on campus.

Thapar University is considered worth the money. However, it is also considered quite expensive with tuition fees of around 4 to 5 lac per year (with respect to the branch) without mess and hostel fees. If you are able to grab good placement then it is more than worth it.

The Thapar institute has a vibrant campus life. The campus also provides opportunities for students to participate in community services. Support of students and staffs worker toward each other is very helpful. Transport facilities like the railway and by road are all available in less than 15 minutes. 24x7 security guards are available at every place. For emergencies, ambulances are also available there

Overall experience is quite excellent. It is pretty recommendable. If you get a chance to study at Thapar institute, definitely consider it

Yes, college have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. There are many facilities given by college like good Library environment, sports center etc. College also provide wifi facilities.

I studied MCA In CSE department and the quality of teaching in this branch is excellent . Lecturers are very well qualified and also supportive towards students . The good thing about it is the curriculum is up to date and includes all the recent tech in study of my field .

Placements are good. 80% students were placed. the highest package was 20 lakhs. The placement cell is very helpful. Average salary offered was 10 lakhs. College also provides opportunities for internships.

College have all the basic necessary infrastructure that a student requires. The classrooms, library, laboratories, hostels, sports facilities all are of top notch. Overall , the college infrastructure is well designed and can help students in their growth.

Our college is equiped with all the necessary requirements and facilities. The newly constructed blocks have advanced classroom features. Most of the classes are equipped with projectors and white boards.

The staff of core branches is very helpful and well experienced. Their experience teaches us a lot more about the subject in detail. The lab facilities available are one of the best as compared to other nearby colleges.

Placements are also good. Every year the average placement package for the core branches is increasing. Also we have seen an increase in the number of companies coming for core branches. Also the college is very helpful and supportive in case of placements

In case for value for money comparison, it's just average because studying and staying in thapar is quite costlier; but it is worthy..!!!

Campus life is all chill, but the attendance rules and hostel timing sucks ...!!!!

Thapar has all the facilities and equipment for students it has wifi all over the college it has good labs and hostels. Mess food is hygienic and campus is very clean. Thapar also provide many sports facilities to students.

Placement of Thapar University are good. The highest placement was around 43 lac and the average placement is around 10 lac for all branches and for computer related branches it goes to 13 lacs. 90% of students gets placed every year.

Maximum faculty member are PHD holders and they are very helpful. Thapar's curriculum is up to date and includes all the recent developments and it also ensures that you have safe future with good placement

Thapar is quite expensive its tution fees is around 4 lac per year and hostel and mess fees are different but it provide many facilities to students. Hostels are also very good with clean surrounding and mess food is also very good with perfect diet and nutritious too. In my opinion I feel the worth of spending the money.

If you are coming to Thapar you will have the best campus life. It has a beautifull campus with green and clean surroundings. Students here are involved in various sports activities and also in coding. The faculty members are also very helpful and good.
