Cutoffs varries from year to year and it depends on the hardness level of the question paper of that year and is decided by the organizing board and cannot be said beforehand.

Yes you might get a seat in vssut if you belong to reserve category though you have moderate chances of getting a seat under ur category. Do attend the counseling rounds.

Based on your rank and previous year cutoff. You should get a seat in civil Engineering at VSSUT. To take admission Fill the online form on their website and print two copies of it. Hi Anshuman, 

To get into VSSUT, you need to have a rank of below 2,00,000 in JEE Main. You are therefore eligible to get a seat in VSSUT. The departments like Metallurgy, IT, Chemical, Electrical and Civil Engineering would be available to you. Mechanical, CSE and ECE usually take candidates upto around 90,000 only.
