There is a not a basic difference between them both the courses but there is a specialisation on a particular course creates a difference between normal course and prescribed course in this course you will have more moderately of knowledge while in the other you will have the only basic knowledge there is a conceptual difference between both the courses I hope you can understand and differentiate between both the courses.

I guess you cannot because since you have undergone the process of document verification for that particular college then certainly you would have paid so amount so it might not be possible. Still, try to mail the authority and ask about this.

Generally, you get the best at first only; you can't get better options by 2nd or 3rd list

IGIT is the best as it offers better placements and rank is also much higher as compared to rest

yes you can take admission in VSSUT even if you are from Jharkhand. You can take admission through JEE Mains all India quota or management quota.
