Hello there,
With a rank of 20,000 in AP EAMCET and being from the OBC category, securing a Computer Science Engineering (CSE) seat at VIT AP could be challenging but not impossible. Generally, VIT AP has a competitive admission process, and the closing ranks for CSE tend to be lower.
Here’s what you can do:
Check Previous Year Cutoffs
: Look at the previous years' closing ranks for CSE at VIT AP. This will give you an idea of whether your rank is within the acceptable range.
Consider Other Branches
: If CSE is highly competitive, you might also want to consider other engineering branches offered at VIT AP, as they may have higher closing ranks.
Counseling Process
: Participate actively in the counseling process. Keep an eye on the schedules and be prepared to make decisions based on the available options.
Explore Other Colleges : In addition to VIT AP, look for other colleges in Andhra Pradesh where your rank may secure a seat in CSE or related branches.
Ultimately, your chances will depend on the competition and the number of seats available in that specific branch during the counseling period.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Well yes my College infrastructure nd building is so good nd eye-catching that easily attracts everyone. Many department building are being constructed recently even the campus is so big and very well organised
A very good and decent college with nice infrastructure and lovely campus life.that includes a very good library. The faculty is also very experienced. VIT has The university has a total of 18 hostels for boys students.Vellore Institute of Technology has 6 hostels for accommodation of girls students.
Infrastructure is very good tbh but hostel fees are too much. You will get good food but not in all mess and academics departments are good. Wifi closes before 12.30 and starts at around 4.30 to 5 so yes don't forget to use VPN for late night studies.
