Dear Aspirant,

it depends upon the recruiter and the skill set of the candidate. On an average batch, the package lies at around 9 lac per annum. However, few top companies might offer upto 20 lpa or even more for international package. Similarly, few lower companies like TCS, CTS will offer 3-5 lac per annum.

Hope this gives you an idea. Thank you.

Hi there,

Nowadays the JEE mains rank depends on both the JEE score and the Percentage in Class 12th.'

So, If you a student of Delhi region then the JEE marks and percentage goes in this fashion:(for CS/IT in DTU)

1. 95% above in class 12 with 185+ score in JEE mains

Rank= 2000

So if you are a general student ( DELHI REGION) then 5000-8000 RANK is required

and General student(Outside Delhi) then 1500 RANK is required.

I hope this will help you!

Hello.
As you know there is a percentile criteria in JEE mains so we are not talking about Mark, you can have probable idea by using previous year cut off list of JEE mains.
For knowing your chances in DTU or NSIT you can go with the below link and can have a probable idea of cut off.

For knowing your chances in IIIT you can go with the below link.

Best of luck.

Hello,
Marks required for nsit or dtu or iiit Delhi is around 200+ for core branches and 230+ for CSE or IT and it's varry according to the difficulty of paper..so try to score as more as you can. And you have to get under 5000 rank to get nsit CSE or under 10000 to core branches..

All the very best.

60percentile and a good score in jee main is required for admission in dtu

Dear Aspirant,

Once you have given the exam and you have cleared the cutoff and have scored a decent score, then after that you have to wait for the rank list. Rank list is the basis on which counselling is done. For admission in various NIT, IIT and IIIT and GFTI you have to fill in the counselling of JoSAA.

Then on the basis of your preference and your rank you will be allocated a seat. For some colleges, this process is carried out in other counseliings like CSAB, or their own counseling like in the case of JMI, Delhi.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi Aspirant,

Reservation of seats is a scheme implemented inorder to help the students of poor and rural backgrounds as well as physically handicapped to attain the same education as everybody else.

For IITD,

The reservation is as follows:

2) 27% seats are reserved for Non-Creamy layer OBC candidates. All candidates applying for admission under this category should produce the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate applicable for OBC.

3) 05% seats in the respective categories are reserved for the physically handicapped persons in the Postgraduate courses and Ph.D. Programmes.

4) 05% seats arereservedfor EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidates (for the academic year 2019-20).

For NSIT and DTU,

1) 85% seats are reserved for Delhi region students and 15% for students outside Delhi.

2) 15% seats are for SC and 7.5% seats are for ST whereas 27% is for OBC.

3) 5% for the children and widows of war personnel killed or dissabled during service.

4) 1 seat for Kashmiri Migrant.

5) 1 seat for state board topper.

6) 1 seat for single girl child.

7) 3% of seats for the physically handicapped.

Thank You.

Hi Rajkumar,

That differs from college to college but im the eyes of the law, the student is not meant to be discriminated based on his/her caste, religion, sex etc.

As per the Karnataka Educational Act 1983, Ragging is an offense. No person can create discrimination based on caste, sex, religion etc. Every college in India follows these anti-ragging policies so as to fight back against violence among students and peers. It is implemented to prevent violence and allow the student to be free from discrimination.

However, if you are aware of such crimes, you can always complain to your college anti-ragging committees and also the police of your locality as it is a crime.

Hello.
If I give you approximate data so cutoff goes about 8 k to 9 k for CSE branch for outside Delhi quota in Delhi technical University but this idea is from when CBSE conducted JEE mains examination but as you know now NTA is conducting JEE mains examination so there is a slight difference in cut off every year because there is a percentile criteria now and percentile vary with the number of students who get less than and equal to marks from you.
Best of luck.
