Dear Aspirant,
it depends upon the recruiter and the skill set of the candidate. On an average batch, the package lies at around 9 lac per annum. However, few top companies might offer upto 20 lpa or even more for international package. Similarly, few lower companies like TCS, CTS will offer 3-5 lac per annum.
Hope this gives you an idea. Thank you.
Hi there,
Nowadays the JEE mains rank depends on both the JEE score and the Percentage in Class 12th.'
So, If you a student of Delhi region then the JEE marks and percentage goes in this fashion:(for CS/IT in DTU)
1. 95% above in class 12 with 185+ score in JEE mains
Rank= 2000
So if you are a general student ( DELHI REGION) then 5000-8000 RANK is required
and General student(Outside Delhi) then 1500 RANK is required.
I hope this will help you!
Dear Aspirant,
Once you have given the exam and you have cleared the cutoff and have scored a decent score, then after that you have to wait for the rank list. Rank list is the basis on which counselling is done. For admission in various NIT, IIT and IIIT and GFTI you have to fill in the counselling of JoSAA.
Then on the basis of your preference and your rank you will be allocated a seat. For some colleges, this process is carried out in other counseliings like CSAB, or their own counseling like in the case of JMI, Delhi.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi Rajkumar,
That differs from college to college but im the eyes of the law, the student is not meant to be discriminated based on his/her caste, religion, sex etc.
As per the Karnataka Educational Act 1983, Ragging is an offense. No person can create discrimination based on caste, sex, religion etc. Every college in India follows these anti-ragging policies so as to fight back against violence among students and peers. It is implemented to prevent violence and allow the student to be free from discrimination.
However, if you are aware of such crimes, you can always complain to your college anti-ragging committees and also the police of your locality as it is a crime.
