IIIT Hyderabad is undoubtedly one of the best institute in India if you'll see it's labs and equipment you'll find that they are world class and the most important thing is that the college changes its whole academics as per the market demand and so sooner it will be in India's no 1 college in cse. DTU is also very good but when compared with iiit then DTU can't win even in placements.

Hi pravathi,  Good morning,  as a CSE graduate you have tremendous options in future, As most of the jobs in India is available in IT sector. And As we all know that India is stepping toward digitalis world, there are many upcoming technology are there,  where you can make your career. As per the your interest you can work in any field,  like database management,  embedded systems,  networking, software development,  gaming, web designing etc.  Depending on the field salary may differ.

But the average salary for the fresher is near about 2-3 LPA  Is paid.

as ECE engineer you can also go for the IT industry.

If you are applying for any university which is taking admissions through National level test, then they'll only consider the national(Central) OBC certificate for eligible OBC candidates. It does not matter if the university is in your state or not.

So if you are applying for such test like JEE, GATE, then make sure you have a national OBC certificate.

For every college which take admissions with the JEE main JoSAA counseling, that is, a pan India counseling. If you're allotted a college under JoSAA then you have to produce a central OBC certificate. So basically all the national level admissions will require you to have a central OBC certificate otherwise you'll only be eligible for a open(general) seat.

However, there are certain colleges which are under state government, in such colleges you can certainly take admissions through your state certificate.

• One needs to take the JEE (Main) (https://www.collegepravesh.com/entrance-exams/jee-main/) exam.
• One also needs to secure at least 60% marks (55% for OBC-NCL, 50% for SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class XII.

If we consider the previous year cut off for DTU  for Delhi  student then we can clearly see that the closing rank was around 57 thousand.

DTU is Delhi oldest engineering college who rank in India's prestigious college ,I think DTU have great exposure to their students .

It depends what other choices you have instead of DTU

But yes DTU mechanical is pretty well and DTU has best faculty in mechanical branch even the availability of machines and equipments are good
