The only demerit is that fees of IIIT Delhi is very high for a normal middle class person, but if you take an education loan, then paying it off will be very easy as you'll be earning very handsomely after it.

But if you want the same good facilities with less fees, the NIT Calicut is a very good option due to it's reputation in the industry.
