Indian Institute of Technology(IIT),Bombay, and Indian Institute of Technology(IIT),kharagpur both are good but I recommend IIT bombay because it is better posion than IIT Kharagpur.Here you didnot mention the branch to compare with both the colleges.But both the colleges are equally good.

Hello student to get admission In IIT Bombay B.tech course you need to appear in Jee main and Jee advance.
JEE main eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

A candidate belonging to SC category with rank 21 secured seat in Computer science engineering in IIT, Bombay.The total marks in JEE Advanced does not remain the same so it is difficult to predict.You need to score 99 or above percentile to secure such rank.However, cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats, difficulty of exam etc.

The expected opening rank for CSE im IIT Bombay is 1 and the closing rank will be 59. This was the data for General category in the year 2018.

In the year 2017 the opening rank was 1 while the closing rank was 62. So the cut off for 2020 is also expected to be around this figure.

see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on some certain factors like questions difficulty level, seat matrix, your choice of stream , category of candidates etc, however last year the qualifying score of sc candidates was,

Minimum Percentage of Marks in Each Subject- 5,

Minimum Percentage of Aggregate Marks- 17.5

• Aerospace: 564
• Chemical: 604
• Civil: 661
• CSE: 21
• EE: 100
• ME: 250
• Metallurgy: 1034

Cut off is different for each branch and the cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available.Now you need to score 95 or above percentile to have decent chances.
