It would be difficult to tell you the marks required for getting rank under 200. You can check the previous year IIT JAM cutoff for reference and to have an idea about the rank required for admission to IIT Delhi.
According to the previous year cutoff, Closing rank for General category for Physics was 153 for IIT Delhi.

The possibilities of getting into IIT delhi for CS is less . I would like to tell you that to get admission in IIT delhi or any other IIT, you will have to clear JEE MAINS with a good score and then give JEE ADVANCED and if you have a good score then you may have a chance at IIT's.
As you have mentioned CS branch, it is one of the most sought branch by students thus it has a very high cutoff so you have to be in top 500 of India so that you have a chance at it.

For your percentile the approximate rank will be around 1,95,000. So for your rank you will be having little chances of getting a seat in nit or IIT . Not to worry you will be having one more chance in April and improve your percentile so that you will be having more chances to get the seat you wish.
