TSEAMCET
There are chances that you will get admission in Thapar Institute. They also have other criteria like a minimum of 60%(gen) and 55%(SC/ST) in 10+2. Your JEE rank is enough I think.
BIT Mesra gives admission on the basis of JEE ranks only. Considering your SC rank, you have almost no chances in getting admission there. To see BIT Mesra previous years opening and closing ranks, visit : https://collegedunia.com/news/e-301-jee-main-cut-off-for-bit-mesra-ranchi
Admissions at PEC are done through centralized counselling by JAC, Chandigarh through JEE ranks. Here also you will have no problem securing all the branches in the first round itself.
ICT Mumbai cutoffs vary year to year. Since you have not mentioned your marks, I would like to say that if you score 130+, you may get admission there. For chemical, it goes around 180. Only 30% seats are for all India candidates.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
With this jee score, it seems difficult to get ICT. Also, there is no management quota for ICT. Still, try your luck by filling the form. This score is pretty low.
