After getting a qualified rank in Gpat further you can go for NIPER exam.so that you get better institution. Otherwise Gpat qualification is only required for studying M.Pharm.

You have not yet mentioned in which college you have to take admission. Please mention your College of interest then I will be able to tell you the answer i.e cut off marks for the college of pharmacy where you want to take admission.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSSA) does not conduct counseling for admission to Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

It is actually conducted by Maharashtra Common Entrance Technology i.e. MHT-CET.

chnaces are extremely low as cutoffs close above 130 marks. 

You can however get Chemical engineering at DJ sanghvi college of engineering under SC category. 

You can also get collegrs like st. Francis Mumbai, Atharva Munbai, Rizvi College of Engineering, Anjuman islam saboo siddik college of engineering.
