Dear aspirant , out of the institutes mentioned by you, Punjab University is the best for llb as it is a government institute and after that will be punjabi university followed by rayat bahara, lpu and chandigarh university.

Congratulations for cracking the JEE main examination.

Now you are confused between three options. Wheater to choose CSE in Lovely professional University or Mechanical engineering in Thapar University or Mechanical in LNM institute of information technology.

Ofcourse you should take admission in any best college of IPU and there are many reasons behind that but you must know that there is a reservation in IPU for Delhi candidates almost 85% seats are for Delhi candidates here we are mentioning some top engineering colleges of IPU 

• University school of information and communication technology
• Maharaja surajmal institute of technology
• Maharaja agrasen institute of technology
• Ambedkar institute of  advanced communication technology and research

But for admission you have to go through IPU CET and after your rank your admission will be done 

There are some advantages of IPU over Dayananda engineering college Bangalore

• Placements - placements are pretty much average in DEC while in its very high in top colleges of IPU 
• Exposure- being situated in Delhi IPU colleges provide good exposure
• Teaching faculty- top IPU colleges are well known for their world class faculty and practical implementation 
• Advanced AI and motion censored labs

You should go in any of these colleges as all of these are very good in terms of placement and faculties in the CSE branch. I will suggest you to go for the lpu University as the previous placement record is very good. If you are lucky then you may get placed in Google through this University. You can also go for SRM and Thapar but the exposure that you get here is unmatchable.

As per the rating, both are good but if we consider the reviews provided by the students or ex students of both the colleges then LPU is better than Bharath University, Chennai.
