• Your marks should be good in both the Semester of First year.
• You should not have any arrear in any of the subject from any semester.
• You should have a proper reason of shifting the college.
• Talk previously with your respective HOD / DEAN of your Department such that they will help you in more better way.
• And make sure one thing the college in which you wish to shift should accept the student's via this mode.

By not attending, I am hoping you mean distance education programmes. Yes, Lovely Professional University does have distance MA courses, but not B. Ed.

As far as placement is concerned, LPU is better with highest package of Rs.20.5 LPA and average package of Rs.3-5 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Verizon, Flipkart, Lava, Aditya Birla, Cognizant visited the campus.

Lpu is private university I can't say much about it but if you r not getting admission anywhere then you go for lpu.

As per my knowledge salary packages depend on the students academics along with the interview and if he/she is performing really good then chances of the career growth will be good undoubtedly. And salary packages may vary company to company as well so in a generic way it should not be below then 25k but it may vary as per company and student's performance.
