Hello Madam/Sir,
The overall expected rank with the given percentile is expected to be around 3500 and the category rank is expected to be under 500. The actual overall expected rank and category rank is subjected to change. In 2020 a candidate belonging to SC category with rank 101 secured admission to B.Arch in School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. Considering the previous year cut off your son has slight chances of getting seat in the preferred institute.
Cut off depends on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. So it may increase or decrease this year based on above mentioned factors.

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should work hard and should focus on achieving high and high in entrance exam it totally depends upon the examination if paper is simple then cutoff goes high gradually and if paper or examination is hard then cutoff goes down. You should certainly work hard and should try to achieve high and high in examination. The cutoff can not be predicted until and unless the level of examination is known.
Hope you found this answer useful.Stay motivated stay positive.
All the best!
Hello,
With the given percentile your overall rank is expected to be around 3600 and the category rank is expected to be 600. The actual rank may vary because the rank list is prepared based on the total number of candidates appeared, highest score, tie breakers etc. Considering the previous year cut off in round 6 counselling you have chances of getting seat in School of Planning & Architecture, Vijayawada in B.Plan, the cut off was 605 for OBC-NCL category and you have slight chances of getting seat in School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi and School of Planning & Architecture, Bhopal. The cut off rank was 529 and 569 respectively.

Cut off rank changes every year, depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
Hi Elvin.
In the context of the question you've asked, My answer would be to go with the National Institute of Technology since it is a Tier 1 college where you will get many opportunities and good quality of education. You will be able to learn from Highly qualified professors and you will also get exposure.
All the best!
Hello,
In the year 2020 the cut off for School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi was as follows
The above mentioned is the cut off in round 6 JoSAA counselling for B.Arch course. It is difficult to predict the cut off for the year 2021 as it tends to change based on various factors like total number of seats available, difficulty level of examination and other such factors. It may slight increase or decrease. Based on the given percentile the expected overall rank is expected to be around 580. Assuming that you belong to general category you may not get seat in SPA Delhi . But as said the cut off may slightly increase or decrease.

Hello sir,
You have not mentioned the course in your query and the category of the candidate. JEE Main is an entrance exam for admission to B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning. Assuming that the percentile score is secured in JEE Main Paper 2A the overall rank is expected to be in between 5-100. Assuming that he belongs to general category he has decent chances of getting seat in School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi in B.Arch considering the previous year cut off. The cut off rank in 2020 JoSAA round 6 for SPA, Delhi for general category was 230. But cut off rank changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.

The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
