Dear Sivaji,
The number of seats for Diploma holder is not mentioned by the university.
It has been mentioned that
> Students with Diploma in Engineering/ Technology are eligible for direct admission to the second year of the relevant B.Tech Programme.
There is no standard cut off for any courses. It differs yearly based on that years marks. But CSE is one of the most demanded courses in sastra. U should at atleast 95% in your boards or more than 75 in jee mains so that your chances of getting CSE is higher
You Can Try
Good Luck
Dear Rokkam,
Admission into Sastra University is under 2 streams.
Stream 1:70% seat Allocation
On the basis of JEE Main scores and +2 marks
How is score calculated?:
(0.25xJEE Main 2018 score)+ 0.75x(Normalized +2 aggregate)
Stream 2:30% seat Allocation
On the basis of +2 marks
How is score calculated?:
(Applicant's aggregate/First rank among the applicants of your Board)x100
There are specific cut-offs for any Engineering stream in Sastra University.
You will be alloted ranks based on your scores for admission into both the streams. Also, your application will be considered for both the streams also.
Hence, the chances of getting admitted highly depend upon the rank alloted to you by Sastra University.
For instance, you need to have a rank above 500 to get into the CS Department.
Hope this helps!!!

Hi there,
You need to have a minimum mark of 978/1000 to get into Sastra.
But to get a desired branch you need to have more than 980.
If your score in Jee Mains is good, you would get a seat even for 950-970.
AND ACCORDING TO YOUR SCORE YOU SURELY GOING TO GET INTO IT. All the best.
Thank u

Well-maintained, large campus with modern classrooms, AC seminar halls, Excellent library. Good wi-fi, hostel, and canteen Facilities, professional environment with strong infrastructure supporting management education.
I really like this colleges based on placement based on my optionion you can join our college. Little bit strict but that’s Okk. In our college infrastructure is better I’m currently doing my Bsc degree in sastra university
My experience with this college is a mixed one ..The infrastructure of the university is good and is the most remarkable for the computing programs The research facilities here are top notch with fully equipped Labs and great professors (not all but a few ones are very experienced and influential in their field..other buildings are average and there is a wifi facility available 24/7 for laptops..no cycle is available ..The food is good..but everything has its bad days too..the form is quite clean
