HI, There is no separate exam for this university. The selection is based on JEE MAIN and even 12th percentage.

my jee 2017 marks are 75 and I belong to obc category. Can I get a seat in sastra university?

How much marks you have scored in 12th class?

Sastra University admission depends on 12th class marks.
It only consider 25% weightage of JEE Main exam.

You have chances in Sastra University and less chances in Thapar University.

Based on your marks your expected category rank will be around 55,000.

You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank.

You need to apply separately for them.

I got 133 in mains nd 970 above in ipe. Can i get cse in sastra university?

Sastra University takes admission in two ways

1- Based on JEE Main and +2 marks for 70% seats
2- Based on +2 marks for 30% of seats.

You can apply for both ways.

College Infrastructure

Well-maintained, large campus with modern classrooms, AC seminar halls, Excellent library. Good wi-fi, hostel, and canteen Facilities, professional environment with strong infrastructure supporting management education.

Overall good if you have interest you will suceed

I really like this colleges based on placement based on my optionion you can join our college. Little bit strict but that’s Okk. In our college infrastructure is better I’m currently doing my Bsc degree in sastra university

College Infrastructure

My experience with this college is a mixed one ..The infrastructure of the university is good and is the most remarkable for the computing programs The research facilities here are top notch with fully equipped Labs and great professors (not all but a few ones are very experienced and influential in their field..other buildings are average and there is a wifi facility available 24/7 for laptops..no cycle is available ..The food is good..but everything has its bad days too..the form is quite clean
