The fee structure for the Sastra University for B.Tech in Rs. is as follows:

Tuition fee per sem:  75,000/- ( 5% annual increase from II year)

Sports and unit test fee per annum: 1000/-

Development Fees (one time payment) : 10,000/-

Special fees, registration fees etc at the time of admission only (one time payment) : 6000/-

Hostel fees: Annual room rent : Rs.10,000/-

The eligibility criteria at Sastra University is that the student should atleast have 60% marks in 12th board examination. The marks cutoff is decided as below

For example:

If a student secures a JEE Main Score of 185 and normalized +2 aggregate is 95%, the combined score of the student will be (0.25*185) + (0.75*95) = 117.5

The combined score of all students will be used to determine the SASTRA Rank and admission will be based on the SASTRA Rank secured.

You also need to have 100+ of JEE score and 95+ % in 12th as minimum to get into SASTRA under stream 1

As you have a good percentage from ipe you can get a seat in Sastra University, Thanjavur. But Predicting branch is not possible as the cutoff varies every year. Usually, 75%of ipe and 25% of jee are considered in making a rank prediction for sastra University.

As the second year score is not yet released we can't predict the exact status of which branch you can get but I can say that you can get. If your ipe score is well. We knew that 75% ipe score and 25% jee score matters for admission to sastra University.If the government could make first-year marks as the second year then you can easily get in sastra.

There is as such no criteria or minimum percentile we can say that we should score in order to get into sastra University.

The cut offs changes every year depending upon certain conditions which are as follows-

1-Number of candidates appearing in the counselling.

2-Number of vacant seats in college.

3-previous years cut off.

Admissions are done on the basis of a merit list prepared by the University in which 70% weightage is given to jee mains score and 30% weightage is given to your 12th score. In addition to that there is as such no official data for cut off available in the website.

But as per my knowledge , it would be better if you keep 94 percentile as your base mark.
