Hello dear..
This is actually very difficult to answer because in the last 3 years there had been a lot of changes in this cutoff due to heavy competition.
That too in stream 2 you do have 30 percent of seats only and also depends on which state board exam you wrote…
Hope this helps
Better to ask known people who applied to SASTRA recent times from your area..
Best of luck..
Hello dear,
Ofcourse you will get ece in sastra university with your rank.according to last year cut-off you have many chances for getting admission in it.
Hope This Helps.
There's a funny saying “If you get admit into SASTRA, you are a future TCS employee. “
Every year “atleast” 80% of all engineering students get into TCS. And some companies are CGPA biased. Above 8.0 or 8.5 will allow you to sit in some good companies like Ashok Leyland, EBay, etc. So get above 8.0 and it's almost a guarantee that you’ll get a job.
All the best!
Hi Nitish S.
All these 3 colleges are really good. So, if you get any of them, you can go for it. But, in my opinion, PSG is the best choice in these 3. It is because, the placements, the campus life, the faculty etc. are really good here. This doesn't men that the other 2 choices are bad. What you have to do is, go through reviews of students from these 3 institutions and get to a conclusion. I suggested PSG because it's one of the best colleges in India, and core placements there are better.

My experience with this college is a mixed one ..The infrastructure of the university is good and is the most remarkable for the computing programs The research facilities here are top notch with fully equipped Labs and great professors (not all but a few ones are very experienced and influential in their field..other buildings are average and there is a wifi facility available 24/7 for laptops..no cycle is available ..The food is good..but everything has its bad days too..the form is quite clean
laboratories for bio tech and other related departments are very good and high tech here. Hostels are non ac full vegetarian, managable. wifi is 24/7 available. the environment is good for studying here.
It's average college, having wifi facilities like high tech laboratory. Bajaj and 5 g labs are there. Each building of department have different own laboratories. Hostels are non ac, but can manage. Wifi is 24/7.
