No dear you can't get admission through your rank because your rank is very low that why you are not eligible for it. You have to find out another option dear through which you can take admission in various colleges or university of India like private universities.

VSSUT Sambalpur, Burla offers admission through JEE Main ranks. You will have to qualify JEE Main to be eligible for admissions into the institute. After securing JEE Main ranks, you will have to apply through OJEE for admissions into VSSUT Sambalpur. I have listed the general opening (OR) and closing (CR) ranks of the Institute for round 1 admissions of 2017 below. Hope it will be of some help.

As per my opinion, CET BBSR would be the best option for any kind of graduation as it ensures with quality of placement if you are good at your talents.Coming to placement part , CET BBSR has its own image . It won’t let u down be whatever the year . College will give you placement facilities at its best at its best . It all depends upon you how you crack the placement part.

MCA has also a good placement area . U can go for this college without any doubt. Good luck.

Veer Surendra Sai University of technology  is one of the college accepting ojee marks. You haven't mentioned which category rank you want so i will say about all category. For general and obs students (as there is no obc category only general,sc and st) it went upto arund 65000 rank, for sc category it went upto around 200000 rank and for st it went upto 375000 rank. in 2018 ojee.
