So according to me you have got a lots of benefit.And if i compare your rank with previous year ranks then i can say for sure that you are having a possibility of getting a seat in vssut sambalpur.

Well i see that you have said that you got 3 lakh rank in ojee and you want to join chemical engineering in vssut burla , but when i saw previous year rankings or say closing ranks in general category then it closed around 2.5 lakh, so considering it i think you have a slight possibility to  get chemical engineering in vssut.
