The cutoffs for general candidates in vssut for the desired branch are.

Computer science-51587 to 598591
Electrical engineering- 91961 to 794017
Information technology - 88345 to802014
Then for civil branch is - 213412 to 981714

So for st category divide the values by 10 atleast your rank shold be between that to get admission into vssut.

Can l get admission with 320000rank in vssut

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into your desired college vssut.

As vssut is one of the good colleges so it has cutoff higher than your aquired score.
Mech -60k to 70k
Cse - 50k to 70k
EE and EEE - 90k
ETC - 1.4lac
Civil -1.5lac
Mme -2.5lac
Production-2lac
IT-1.5lac
Chemical -2.2 lac
Civil -1.7 lac
EE (DD)-1.3 lac

How much % in 12th require for admission in vssut ,burla.category sc.

The students to B.Tech as well as MCA Programme get admitted through Odisha Joint Entrance Examination.
For eligibility 75% above Gen For 65% for SC/ST.

Can i get a seat in vssut in cs branch if my rank in jee mains 2019 is 173546 which is around 85%

It is may be possible to get seat in vssut college in cs branch. The closing rank in this college is around 160000 in previous years. So it maybe possible to get a seat in that college.

College Infrastructure

Wi-fi is speed. The labs are good and the classroom look like heaven and library is like a wonderful nature. The food in the hostel is good but according the students mind set it will be. The canteen is good and there is a dispensary also for medical purpose. There is availability of sports.

College Infrastructure

It is a good college Wi-Fi is enabled in the hostels. The laboratories are very good and the classrooms are not well-maintained. The library is also very good and it is very well-maintained. Food quality is not good, and the canteen is good. The sports and games facility are provided and students can involve in it.

VSSUT is a reputed organisation which gives good knowledge

Yes, hostel and college campus is fully Wi-Fi. Lab, classrooms and library also have internet.Good qualities of food is provided to us in our hostel and canteen also. Medical services is also near to us. Sports and game facility also provided by the college. Pleasant nature around the campus.
