Percentile is not required for Sastra 

It take admission based on two factors 

• It is based on 12 th marks and jee mains marks. It takes 75% intermediate marks + 25% jee mains marks. Total marks is 165.The marks you get out of 165 is taken into consideration for admission. You need to score good marks in both IPE and JEE MAINS
• It will take admission only through intermediate marks but there are only 30%seats available, so for this you should have above 95+ because the competition is high

I am very sorry to say that you have a low chance to get a seat in Sastra University with these marks. You may try with stream 2.

There is no specific cut off to get a seat in SASTRA University. It depends on the student who scores the highest marks. If you have appeared for JEE Mains then apply under stream 1. If your board exam marks are 90-95% and JEE main marks are between 50-120 then you can get admission under stream 1. 
For stream 2, your board exam marks should be at least above 85-90% to get a seat and if it is more than 95% you can get a good course.

Both the colleges that you have mentioned i.e Ambedkar college and SASTRA University have a decent curriculum for law students.

In sastra university seat getting is purely based on the respective board exams and also qualification in jee mains.Qualification is not necessary but if you qualify in jee mains it is very helpful to get seat in sastra university. For your gpa you can get seat in sastra as you also qualified in jee.apply for u will get seat.In past years gpa pattren is not there so min marks to get seat in sastra should be 980 plus.so apply for it you will get it.
