Sasta University doesn't give admissions on the basis if jee main score only. Your 12th marks will also come into consideration. Based on your jee main score and board marks you'll get a Sastra AIR and you'll be given admission based on that only. Hence it is difficult ti specify particular jee main cutoff of Sastra University.

Yes, There is a slight advantage if you had cleared JEE mains with a good score. SASTRA ranks are published based on this calculation 

(JEE mains score * 0.25) +(12th percentage*0.75)[For stream 1].

Going by the calculations, if you have a very good 12th boards percentage and a decent JEE mains score , i'm pretty sure that you're getting a seat in SASTRA college.

Hope you are doing good. Actually the rank that you scored i.e.., 108227 and 73.08 in nta is very less to get information technology, btech in sastraining university thanjavur. You could have tried better.
