Hi dear,
There is no cutoff marks for SASTRA university. You have to score good in board exam and your percentile should be better than the other applicant. If other applicants score less than you then you have a high chance to get admission. So it will depend on your luck.
Good luck.
Hi dear,
You have to score good in board exam according to last year cutoff 95 percent in board and 75 marks in JEE main is enough for CSE branch so you have to score good in your 12th board exam.with this percentile you have a chance if you get good marks in board exam
Hope it helps
Hello Avinash,
Sastra university does not give admission only in the basis of JEE but also considers the Board percentage which should be above 90-95%.
They categorize the meritlist on the basis of two criteria one is 75% of the admissions is given on the basis of 25% weight age to JEE and 75% to Board exams.
And the second criteria is the remaining 30% admissions are given on the basis of board marks only which should be above 95%.
All the Best ....,
It would be difficult to provide the exact information about the admission possibilities as for the first time JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA in multiple session.
Based on this score your probable rank will be 231,089 - 261,089. With this rank the chances seems less to be eligible for JEE Advance. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session.
NOTE: Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1152650 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.
Good Luck!
Hello Avinash
The eligibility criteria are pass in the +2 examination with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects with either Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology and recognized by any State Board / Central Board or any other accepted by SASTRA as equivalent to 10+2 examination, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics obtained in a single sitting.
Regards

HAPPY LEANING!!
My experience with this college is a mixed one ..The infrastructure of the university is good and is the most remarkable for the computing programs The research facilities here are top notch with fully equipped Labs and great professors (not all but a few ones are very experienced and influential in their field..other buildings are average and there is a wifi facility available 24/7 for laptops..no cycle is available ..The food is good..but everything has its bad days too..the form is quite clean
laboratories for bio tech and other related departments are very good and high tech here. Hostels are non ac full vegetarian, managable. wifi is 24/7 available. the environment is good for studying here.
It's average college, having wifi facilities like high tech laboratory. Bajaj and 5 g labs are there. Each building of department have different own laboratories. Hostels are non ac, but can manage. Wifi is 24/7.
