NIT Raipur NIRF 2025 report has been released. 724 UG 4-year students, 24 UG 5-year students, 25 PG 2-year students and 35 PG 3-year students were placed during NIT Raipur placements 2024 as per NIRF 2025 overall report. In my course, B.Tech, and branch, IT, around 83-85% of students do get placed, with the average package around 16-17 LPA, the highest going to nearly 70-80 LPA, and the lowest package going for nearly 3-4 LPA. In IT, many big tech MNCs recruit from NIT Raipur, namely Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. Many Indian companies hire students as well. As for internships, mostly students try to get internships off-campus, as there are not many companies offering on-campus internships, and the competition is quite high.
