The college infrastructure was nice. Initially it was old building where we used to study but later we got transferred to new building and it was nice. There was working lift also. Classrooms and washrooms were nicely cleaned.
Good teaching, Lab Assistants are very Friendly manners and here provide good communication skills and good campus placement and , I have get 3 internship in this college and good facility are available in this college.
The companies such as Infosys,TCS,and many more visited the college and take the students from various domains and the branches the average placement is also good is of 4-5 lakhs depends upon the domain.
it's very good college and has above average infrastructure, we have good facilities in classroom, and labs have very good resources for experiments, and has more than enough hostel requirements, manit is situated in forest like area which creates a good natural environment , its living spaces are very clean and college provides hygienic food with lot some varieties
i am studying in ece because i loved and intrested to know more about semiconductor devices and also about communication engineering. The teaching quality in Manit is pretty good which ensures students to get explored into new things technically and mentally. our curriculum is well updated year to year and the college management brought out a pretty good growth in placements also , we got top companies for recruitment.
we have a good quality of placements at our college which includes Amazon, Flipkart , googleGoldman Sachs etc as top recruiter. as fas as i know about 98 %cse students got placements and followed by ece students ,96% of ece students got their placements. the average salary is about 9 -10 lakhs per annum.the placement process will be at moderate level and college is supportive
as per this year fees for ece group is 1.4 lakhs and it worths ravi
the college life at Manit is very good its best features is its students and doesn't have worst things, students, teachers are very supportive, MANIT is located in very safe place which has a primary medical facilities too
it's very good to join at manit which helps improving students their skills
Living room and classroom, hostel are too good ,campus is fulfilled with greenery and clean full, students are enjoying with different-different activities in whole day and night. Different-different workshops are organizing on everyday related to everyfield
Outstandingly ,everything is based on explanation and experimental and practically with continuation. Regular classes are going on whole semester, National laboratories with highly coastaly equipment are working
Almost 100% placement, average salary is different for different courses, computers science is top branch according to placement. So many companies are coming in this institution for placement even coaching institutions are coming also for recruitment
Not costly
Outstandingly and memorably
Everything is too good
Honestly, I felt the infrastructure in our college is very good like it has library, sports complex, enough grounds for playing outdoor games, library shopping complex and also it has a good facilities for research oriented people. Wifi is also provided with good optimum speed.
I was a graduate from Mechanical background. The quality of teaching is really good because we have professors who are very experienced and had good subject knowledge. Our curriculum and electives which we had in our graduation includes study about all the recent developments
Regarding placements, particularly students with computer science background got well placed in big companies and the highest salary offered was around 35 lpa. But students from mechanical and other hardcore background are not as well placed as software people but the placements are good
Yes, it is really worth it. I was charged 1,76,000 per year for tution fees and hostel fee excluding food. And for food I was charged 20000 per year and the quality of food was not up to the mark.
The best thing about the college is it's location. Our college being located in a well developed and capital city, anyone wouldn't have any problem regarding basic essentials. Lot of land in our college is empty, it would be good if there were any establishments useful for people and more food stalls inside our college. Students are really United, honestly speaking I haven't experienced anywhere with such unity as our college students in my life. Teachers are very supportive.
Over-all our college will be a brilliant choice for those who want upgrade their career
MANIT bhopal has good infrastructure and large area also. Every department has new building. Apart from department there is a sports complex in large area for indoor and outdoor games. Hostels are also newly made Overall Manit bhopal has a good infrastructure.
I have spent 8 month of 1st year in offline classes The quality of teaching is nice professor are highly educated and knowledgeable and very polite nature also. Exams are also conducted in very sincere manner
For placement purpose CSE has a very good placement (almost 100 percent) has a good opportunity to go product based company. CSE student's avarage package is more than 10 lakh which is quite good Apart from cse all core branch doesn't have good amount of package but coding culture is very good at college.
There are different fee structure for different income criteria .the one who has more than income 5 lakh per annum has to pay 62500 rupee per semester.but in lockdown there is no deduction in fees which is quite upsetting thing.
I love Manit campus life.it is situated in a top of Bhopal from where we can see whole beautiful bhopal.in a campus senior Is also very helping nature There are held different type of competition quizzes sports which is the very best thing in the college there are many societies also technical and non technical also According to our interest we can join them
College life has a better experience of the life Where we can learn many things
Infrastructure is really good . The college is spread over 200 acres and has done full justice to the available space. A no. of new departments are constructed and all the old buildings like library, sports complex, hostels are being renewed.
Curriculum is up to date. There are always new things being added to the syllabus as per the modern day advancement. All the teachers are extremely talented and well versed. There is a proper balance always maintained between theoritical and practical knowledge.
Placements are the key factor of our institution . Students receive packages as high as 42lpa . All the branches have decent placement above 80% but the IT sector placements achieve 100% record placements every year.
The fees is not much as compared to other NITs of the country. The tuition fees is 62500/- per semester and the other fees including the mess fees would be around 30000/- .But after such placements these numbers seems to be small.
Campus life is just awesome. There are a lot of activities keep going on in the campus throughout the year . Various events and fests have been organized which maintain a proper balance between the academics and extra curricular activities.
Overall I would say a very good college to be a part of . Everything is nice about the college and you will get all the opportunities to enhance your career.
If you ask me about the bare minimum, I'll say yes, the college has all of that. Be it classrooms, labs, libraries, hostels or even a gym. I'll like to add this though that don't expect anything over the top. The maintenance is pretty much shitty and despite its large area, most of the college is land that could be developed and worked upon.
The curriculum is like any other NIT or IIT out there. Basic and to the point. With that being said, I could rant for hours how engineering is meaningless and it's high time Indians start considering other professions seriously but let's leave that for some other time :)
I'll speak strictly with respect to my branch - CSE. If I don't consider this year, cause things went downhill for almost everyone due to the COVID situation, I can say that placements are definitely a strong suit of MANIT, Bhopal. We do have companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, JPMC come in every year to recruit students for jobs as well as internships. And this pretty much trumps all other negatives this college has.
The college being a government organization isn't quite expensive. It does offer concession for the underprivileged as well so I'll say it does provide its value for money. And at the end of the day, you graduate from here with an NIT tag in your bag which is always a plus point.
The campus life. First things first, if you have high expectations about the crowd, sorry to say but you'll be disappointed by what the college has to offer. But all's not negative here. If you choose to be an optimist and look at the slightest speck of positivity here, you'll see how the college transforms you into a different person who is ready to face challenges in the outside world. You'll surely see yourself change as you pass your time here, and believe me, the change is good!
This institute has great infrastructure, nice buildings. For sports, there is a football ground and basketball court etc. There is a massive library and world class research laboratory having best of the equipments. Hostels are very fine. The food and other eatables served here is very nice and hygienic.
The state of academics here is very impressive. The professors are very passionate and dedicated towards teaching. They are highly knowledgeable and eager to help the students. The curriculum is up to date comprising all the recent developments in the industry.
The state of placements in this college is quite at par with my expectations. Almost 95 percent students get placed. The average salary package offered was nearly 8 lakhs per annum. And the placement cell is very supportive and helpful.
The charges here are not that high. People can easily afford this. Concession is also given on the basis of caste and financial condition.
You are without any doubt, going enjoy your four years at this college. You will get chance to be engaged in a lot of activities on the campus.
This NIT has decent infrastructure consisting of all required amenities. A great campus with great state of art infrastructure. Library is very big. Laboratory ihas all the equipments, encouraging and facilitating students to take research. Hostel food is very tasty and hygienic
I am doing my graduation in mechanical engineering from this college. The quality of teaching is appreciable . Teachers are highly educated and experienced. They motivate students to take research and entrepreneurship. The curriculum is incorporated with the requirement of the industry.
Placements at this college are quite impressive Students get packages comparable to the best of the NITs. The average placements offered is around 9 lakhs per annum. Highest package offered was nearly 20 lakhs per annum.
The fee charged by the college is not very high. Students with weak financial condition can also afford. Relaxation is given to reserved classes
Campus Life is very good. Large cultural festival and many other sports events are organised here frequently. The campus is located at very nice place.
Infrastructure is bit old. Even the new teaching block is not upto mark. There is huge new building for cae department but currently it is in dispute because of corruption. First year students get new hostels which are triple tier .
At first year we have common syllabus which sucks because we can use this time ao positively to learn new different languages and basic of ds and algo. Even this common syllabus is not updated and teaching quality is not what you expect. Curriculum is more inclined towards mugging up.
Well I dont know much about non-cse placements but cse placements are awesome. Last two years we have had 100% placements in cse branch. Last year at summer placements almost every student had 2-3 jobs to choose from and many people land in good internship programs. Believe me we have one of the best training and placement cell in nits.
Choosing between NIT Jaipur (ECE) and NIT Bhopal (CSE) depends on your interest and long-term goals, but here’s a balanced view:
If you’re interested in coding, software development, or IT roles , NIT Bhopal CSE is generally better, with higher placements and more career opportunities in the tech sector. On the other hand, NIT Jaipur is a reputed institute, and ECE offers flexibility—you can explore both core electronics and IT fields. However, in terms of placement stats, salary packages, and global demand , CSE at NIT Bhopal usually has an edge. Ultimately, choose the branch that aligns better with your interest, as long-term
Hey there! As JoSAA treats the Defense Services ( DS) quota as a supernumerary category (extra seats) in IITs only, hence, NITs including NIT Bhopal don't have separate defense quota seats. They only follow standard reservation like OC, GEN, OBC, SC. The DS quota matters only if you also apply to IITs and that's automatically checked if you submit the DS certificate. There's no seperate defense quota button in JoSAA you just select your main category and upload proofs, including the DS form.
