This institution have the best facilities and the infrastructure of the whole college is great. There are lots of WiFi and smart boards in the wide campuss. The living spaces(hostel) is too clean and very generous to live.

I have passed out in the year 2022 from the ECE department. The teachers and the staffs are too kind to the student. The curriculum of the degree is up to date and the developments in the field are too helpful. It's too perfect for the placement reaedy.

The placement quality is too good in this college and the placement drive id too helpful. Approxe 85%-90% students are placed in various company and with a high packages. The average salary is between 6 lakh to 7 lakh

I have to pay rs.50000 for a year. The facilities and the atmosphere they give that make you feel like homely nature, and it's a college for value for money. And the campuss is too big for a normal human being.

I have to say the most happiest time were spent in this college and the 4years are too amazing to live. Making friends, chilling with them and lots of things are available for the students to enjoy their life. Sports are having a great value in this college.

Best College and if you get chance to enter it don't loose it take it and enjoy the 4 years.

We have everything in our infrastructure, the college has provided us every essential needs we want,. The facilities like food in canteen, watee purifier, are maintained regularly. Our college mostly eco friendly

As I am a Mechanical engineering student, our management has providing us the necessary laboratories and wide range of machinery, we have digital classroom as most the mechanisms needs to be understood in 3 dimensional way

Our college have also provided us with a good , placements in the MNC are being attractive by our college management, which have the beautiful Carrier opportunity in the class itself, our average package during our batch is 6LPA

The institute have a very large span and is located near City center Durgapur. It has two playgrounds, sac student activity center, many hostel namely hall 1, hall 2, ..... Medical facilty is also available.

Classes occur in mainly 2 buildings namely old academic building and new academic building. All the departments are present in old academic building. The quality of teaching is good and included more towards theories.

During Covid in the year 2020-2021 the placement was drastically degraded due to inefficient engagement of placement committee. Though the placement are good in other branches like Computer science and IT.

NIT Durgapur is a great college in terms of infrastructure. Laboratories has proper machinery and equipments that are fully functional. Wi-Fi facilities are available in whole campus. Hostels are fully facilated and properly maintained.

I had studied master of science in chemistry and got a master degree from the college in the year 2021. Overall experience of academics was very pleasant and satisfactory. The curriculum is somewhat old and needs improvement.

According to recent placement statistics of 2023 the placement is not very good. Only 20% students got placement. The top recruiters were Microsoft, TCS, Ninja etc. The overall average placement was of around Rs. 14 lpa.

Our college have good classroom, libraries,wifi connection good but sometime poor . Hostels are good but need some repairment. Our college has started new research building which is well equipped with international quality equipments.

Our curriculum is good .But in that we have no ai , machine learning and some new updates. That we have to learn from ourselves. Our self studying time is also short . We have to learn many things from clubs and internet as our curriculum lack new generation need , company need.

Placement is decent.But not in all departments.They are good but not so much.Our cs , ece department give very good placement .In our chemical engineering job is less and students also less.But some companies give good package to students.

Many teachers are very supportive to students they help them in their internship. Discipline committee works well. But for the first years rules are very strict.

infrastructure is good hygienic but no sports facility in girls hostel and no swimming pool good wifi facility nab classrooms are good library is also good i am satisfied with my college in terms of its infrastructure

Combination of good and not so good profs Few are really very helpful but, few will talk rudely Mostly of them are high qualified profs and phd scholars . curriculum is also managable . overall it's okay

overall, the placement cell at nit durgapur has been instrumental in ensuring that students are well-equipped and prepared for for professional world making it a preffered destination for recruiters , .

recently the fees is increased with really a very amount and i think it is not really that much worth it. I am little bit dissapointed with the fees structure of our college as according to me it is high

yes I am liking my campus life I got some really good friends few seniors and phd scholars who are really very helpful and I hope will get a good placement after my 4 years i really my campus life here

Insfrastructure is quite good and can be made better.The labs of Electrical Engineering are basically old fashioned and the equipments are not new. Coming on to the classrooms,the college has one of the best classrooms.The classrooms are well maintained with full air conditioned.Smart classes can also be conducted ,presence of projectors,well comfortable seats are present. The library of the college is very good and you can find many books there.Online E-library is also set up for the students so that they can learn from pdfs if the books are not available currently or out of the stalk. i think my opinion in sports is that this portion needs to be well maintained by the college.Everyone should get chances to play and not the selected ones who have competed in the nationals. The living rooms are cleaned and well maintained regularly.The toilets are cleaned regularly.Good foods can be bought from the cantenes or shops inside the college any time in the week days.

I am pursuing electrical engineering course from NIT Durgapur.The proffesors of my course are very strict and disciplined.They have a lot of tasks and assignments. The assignments the proffesors gave really came in handy .They help us to upgrade our on the particular topic.

The quality of placement of the college is very high.Many core and non core companies came and recruit huge amount of students from the college.Big Companies like Microsoft ,Google,Facebook,TCS as well as various core companies come to the college to recruit. The 2023 placement session concluded with 84.66% of the Btech batch placed.A total of 187 companies visited offering a total 746 job offers to the btech students.The average lpa is at INR 13.62 and the highest placement package offered was INR 70lpa TCS.

The total cost of the course is 82800 per semester and the average mess fees is around 17000 .Thus the total expenditure is about 1lakh per semester. Yes the money is worth .the facilities we are getting are excellent and is better than other colleges of West Bengal.

The college campus is very beautiful.There are a full of grenery in the campus. Students here mainly got engage in club activities.But at some point the interaction in the club is also needed. Not all the teachers are supportive of all branches.Some are very good and supportive while some are not.The college is loacted in the ,main city of Durgapur and has a efficient transportation facilities.Airports ,railway stations,as well as local transport facilities such as buses ,cars are present.The roads are well maintained and are efficient for quick transportation and can handle emergencies.

colledge infrastructure is good. roads inside the coledge are nice to walk. academic infrastructure is getting better year by year. recently a research building has been inaugrated by pm narendra modi.

teachers are well qualified and most of them have completed their graduation and post graduation from reputed institutes. lab facilities are quite nice except eectrical lab(they have quite old instruments).

getting better year by year. in campus placements are good but off campus placements are giving good packages too. non circuital branches are getting good packages (specially mechanical branch). overall good placements.

academics here are littile bit easier than IITS . but we have lot of work on assignments and lab reports and all. At exam time, we have lot of pressure on us. but overall experence is good. good college for engineers.

placements are good here. especially cs ece metallurgy mechanical etc. . we can have bring faith we us that we can get placements. and also placements teams are very helpful so that every students gets placed.

very good campus and new research building is saturated in our campus .very good library facility .my college infrastructure very good .in our campus have two big ground and some auditorium and some hostel.

academics is very good in my college .here is good professor is teach us so many extra curriculum is include in our college life and our academics is so important for placement in our college. our lab facility so good.
