The campus is well spread over 1100 acres providing hightech facilites in all aspects whether it's Library, Sports complex, Computer Centre, RM building, Open Air Theatre, Skywalk, Student Lounge, Shopping Centre, Health Centre, Mam Mio, Big green Hostels, Laboratories etc. All are just amazing and super modern. It's upto you hpw much you explore and how you balance.

Our college provides the best faculty members. Most of them are graduated from foreign universities. They are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are tough. Evaluation of exam papers is very hard. If we study hard, we can easily score good marks.

IIT Kanpur has a very good placement offer. In my branch, it was around 90%, and the overall average package was also around INR 20 LPA. Internships are offered to various students, and they do perform well. Recruitment mainly involved alumni, so there was no problem with placement.

Good college.

In my intermediate, I want to take admission in this college by seeing its infrastructure, but it is beyond than that. Our college has excellent buildings and good lab facilities. There is a good playground. I am advising my juniors that take this college infrastructure as a minimum benchmark.

The course curriculum is excellent, and it is more useful in present life situations. Faculty members in our college are very friendly. They will explain our doubts many times with so much of patience. The administration department is very polite with students

Placements for our seniors were very good. Highly reputed companies visited our college and recruited our seniors with reasonable packages. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA.They are going to offer many companies

The facilities provided are extremely efficient, as we have separate labs for particular courses and separate buildings for our departments, for example, the TA 211 lab and the TA 212 lab. Wi-Fi provided to the collage is very wonderful.The labs are clean and good the library is also very clean. The facilities in our hostel are average; everything is good except for the laundary system.

Teachers are extremely qualified in their fields. They teach with efficient methods and the quality is top-notch. IIT Kanpur is known for its academics. I think the curriculum is good. And it does make the student industry ready. The exams are quite difficult but it mostly depends on the professors. Pass% is 70%.

80% of the students were placed in my course. The highest package was 55 lakh, the average package was 20 lakh, and the lowest package was 12 lakh. Tata Steel, Microsoft, and Raymond's are the top recruiters. 80% of the students got internships from the course at companies like Tata Steel and Raymond. Core management positions are offered.

For the CSE department, there is a separate building in IIT Kanpur where only CSE students can sit. In the building, there are around 150 desktops with i5 processors and 12th generation, and the labs are goodfor my department. The quality of hostels is good, but only in the first year. After the first year, you will find that Hall 12 is good; other halls are not, and in Hall 12, you will find a single room after the first year but not others. But the quality of food after 1st is excellentand tested also.

Most teachers are helpful and educated , but not all teachers, although they are well qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good, but yes, only a few teachers. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are literally tough, not easy. If you are at IIT Kanpur, then you have to study in any case.

In my department, the placements are very excellent, with around 95 to 98% of students placed, and the average package is around 40 LPA, with the highest being 2.4crore, which is international. The top recruiting companies are Texas Instruments, Optiver, Quadeye, Rubrik, Tower Research, Google, Microsoft, etc. Internships are also good; around 90% of students get an internship every year, and the same companies come for internships as I have written down above. The top roles are HFT and SDE.

Good

College has well developed infrastructure with Lush green campus. All facilities are available within the campus. Wifi is providing in whole campus. Hostel are little old but are clean. Food is also good in mess.

College has different varieties of course for the students. Curriculum is updated in every even semester. All necessary things are included in syllabus for the overall development of the students. Professor have good knowledge.

Placement cell is present in IIT Kanpur. About 93 percentage of student were placed in last year. Average package was around 16 lakh per annum and highest package was 57 lakh per annum for computer science and engineering branch.

College has a Lush green campus. Campus size is huge with all necessary facilities such as library, atm machine, sports centre, swimming pool etc. All classroom have High speed internet connection and smart board as well.

IIT kanpur offers many courses. Seats are limited in each course. I am pursuing btech in computer science and engineering. Teacher are well qualified and have strong bond between student and professor.

Companies such as LG Electronics,Qualcomm,Ericsson,Intel,Texas Instruments,Sony India, Google, Microsoft, Wipro, Infotech etch recruit student from our college. Average package for cse branch is 15 lakh per annum.

IIT Kanpur has a world class infrastructure and facilities (library, fully centralised A/C conference halls, classrooms and analytical labs for experiments). Academic block and hostels are Wi-Fi enabled with the fastest internet speed.

College offers different courses in different domain. I am studying btech in computer science and engineering branch. Quality of education is satisfactory. Professor interact with students every week for solving their problems.

IIT kanpur has tie up with many big Multinational company such as Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Wipro and many more. Average package for computer science and engineering branch was 25 lakh per annum last year.

IIT Kanpur offers a vibrant campus life. It is a safe and secure campus. Students will find the beautiful and peaceful campus a great place to live. When they wish to do something there are a lot of choices available to them. Hostel is also good.

IIT kanpur has good team of professor many of them had published theory in their respective subjects. There behaviour towards student is also friendly and helpful. Helps us in shaping out future in all aspects.

College has a great infrastructure with all necessary facilities and labs. All labs are well equipped with all instruments in proper condition. A great library is also present within the campus and open until 5 pm in night.

I am pursuing btech in computer science and engineering branch in IIT kanpur. Quality of teaching is good. Professor are friendly in behaviour and shape our future in best way for the success. But attendance is required in every subject.

IIT are government college and known for their placement. Highest pakage was 46 lakh per annum last year and average package was around 25 lakhs per annum in computer science and engineering branch. Google, Microsoft, Wipro and many other companies hire student.
